Wow... Some of the most unique flavors I've had at a Mexican restaurant in a long time. I got the chile verde which looked like green chili on pork but they served a unique green tomatillo sauce on pork and the flavor was great. If you're looking for that local, hole in the wall restaurant for that serves great Mexican this is the place. First time here while passing through.

The instant you walk in the space feels warm and inviting. The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. Their tortas are the best I have ever tasted. I highly recommend the tlaxcalteca torta. It's loaded with beef, grilled onions, jalapeno, cilantro, lime and panela cheese and is a bomb of amazing flavor (though I get mine without cilantro). I find their creamy green sauce pairs well with the lime in the torta. They also carry Jarritos' grapefruit soda which thrilled me to no end.Their serving sizes are very generous. I can't even finish half my torta and have another half for lunch the next day that heats up incredibly well in my air fryer.This place is worth a visit and you can expect to leave very full and very happy.

We have been eating at Tortas for about 5 years and the quality of the food has remained absolutely stellar. Seriously, my husband and I order from here on almost a weekly basis because it is so consistently good- honestly the amount we dine here could singlehandedly pay their bills ? highly recommend for authentic Mexican food (and ask for extra green and red sauce because it is DIVINE!!!)
