Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I have ordered the same thing for the last 10 years at tropical smoothie. Caribbean Jerk Chicken bowl. They stopped putting it on the menu but told me to order the Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap on a bed of lettuce. I have ordered it at least once a week and even at this same location where the manager specifically told me to ask for it that way. I had it 2 days ago, yet now I’m not allowed to order it like that. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. All employees need to get on the same page. One week I am allowed to order it like that and the next week I’m not. It makes no sense.

I am a huge fan of the Tropical Smoothie Cafe on JFK Boulevard. I go there all the time and, at one point, I was basically addicted! The smoothies are consistently delicious, and I love that they are made with fresh ingredients. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick, which makes it an easy and great choice when I need a refreshing and healthy drink. This location is my go-to, and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a top-notch smoothie.

I visited this location on my lunch break and ordered a Chicken Chipotle Club. When I returned to work, I realized the chicken was cold and frozen, as if it hadn’t been cooked. I tried to call back that same day and the phone continued to ring. I called back the next day, and received the same ringing

There is something so crisp and clean about the food at tropical smoothie. I'm currently in love with their seasonal Watermelon Mojito smoothie. I get pretty excited when it comes back to the menu and pretty sad when it has to leave.

Drive thru person rushed me through to order. No one else was in line. Dudnt get the order right. Now I am home, have called the phone number on the website- UTD been ringing for 2 minutes and no one answers

I had a disappointing experience at Tropical Smoothie today. I ordered 2 chicken pesto sandwiches, a quesadilla, and 2 smoothies. There was some confusion at the drive-thru, but I corrected the order twice at the window. Despite confirming everything, my receipt still showed 3 chicken pesto (I only wanted two), 1 quesadilla, and 2 smoothies. When I got my order, I had 3 chicken pesto , 2 smoothies, and no quesadilla. Essentially I paid for no quesadilla and an extra chicken pesto that didn’t want. It was just a letdown, especially after double-checking everything :( I couldn’t come back due to work.

The smoothies are great! The young ladies that worked today need to work on customer service skills. They were using profanity in front of customers. That’s not cute or Ok. Too many young folks think it’s ok but it wasn’t ok back then and it’s not now! No respect!

BEE IS A ROCKSTAR. Bee, Destiny and Sunny made my day. The food is always fresh and delicious. They even ask you how your day was and serve your food and refreshing smoothies with a smile. All three of them have awesome positive attitudes. I look forward to my next trip to this location on JFK because they always are so thoughtful.

Picked up food on Sunday, 9/15, midday,
Couple of smoothies and some wraps. Jerk chicken wrap was good; however, the Thai wrap was basically 80% lettuce with no sauce whatsoever.
