Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Picked up food on Sunday, 9/15, midday,
Couple of smoothies and some wraps. Jerk chicken wrap was good; however, the Thai wrap was basically 80% lettuce with no sauce whatsoever.

Myself and Husband walked into this brand at 12:32pm. Five staff members were present. Not one spoke to us upon arrival. It took 30 seconds for me to ask if anyone would speak since we've been standing inside this location for 1 mins already. One person turned around and spoke. The rest of the staff continued to remain silent. I proceeded to ask for a business card for this location.

I just can't seem to understand why it's not protocol to greet customers immediately once they enter the building.

How can customers feel excited to spend their hard earned money to dinerout if associates make it obvious that customers feeling valued is not a top priority?

I bought the chia oatmeal pudding bowl and it tasted good but it was a really small bowl. It's kind of too small for the price.

I have never had a bad experience and the service and food has always been fantastic. I love their smoothies! The staff are great and super friendly! If you are wanting something light and fresh, go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe! If you are wanting a reprieve from the NLR heat, try a refreshing fruit smoothie from Tropical Smoothie Cafe! If you just want something outside the ordinary…well you get it….GO TO TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE!
