Service is terrible. I placed an online pickup order. When I arrived, nobody greeted me. The older man, who I believe is the manager, stared at me and did not acknowledge me; instead, he moved back and forth behind the counter until I stated that I had a pickup order. Until the younger guy said, "Who is it for?" The younger guy was handling the drive-through and assisting me in the lobby at the same time. I'm not sure what the older guy was on last night, but he should get another job or get some customer service training. My smoothie was wrong, but the younger guy remade it while running the drive-through. Also, when I arrived home they forgot my jalapeno corn. Perhaps they should change roles or teach your managers customer service skills.

I always get smoothies, and being I had my wisdom teeth removed a few weeks ago they came in handy but I feel like they need more fruit in the smoothies and less ice because it taste watery sometimes. And their food make my bowels shift honey ???? definitely an upscale taco
service depends on when you go and who's working, they had my order just sitting behind the counter for forever and kept giving other people their orders until I had to ask. they must've given my order to someone else because my order was wrong.
Keep in mind it's pretty pricey. Smoothies are no less than $6.50 before tax, and there's one cup size. That being said, it never takes more than 15 mins in the drive-thru line, and they're especially fast if you mobile order

Let's be honest here, tropical smoothie always tastes DELICIOUS, I always get the beach bum, or kiwi quencher. I recently tried the strawberry daiquiri smoothie, it was good.
