I ordered my food online. It said it would be ready at 11:38. When I pulled up, that was the only time they got up and started to move back to the grill area to start to fix my food. It was 1138 when I pulled up. They didn't start to fix my food until I pulled up. What is the purpose of ordering online if they're not going to start fixing your order until you pull up?

This was by far the worst place I've ever went to, the so called waitress rushed me as soon as in sit down ,asking me was I gonna be done by 9:00pm .. I am reporting her and the rude cook guy.

Food was fresh and good. Staff was very polite and attentive.

So I went to the window then I place my order then she use the calculator on her phone and for two burgers and a waffle it was like almost $25

My fiancé and I ate there this morning and the staff were lovely and attentive! Breezy was our server and she was amazing! Definitely will be there again!

I’ve been to many Waffle House locations across the country, but my visit to the Waffle House in Little Rock today stood out. The customer service and food were excellent. Bryan, the cook, followed my instructions perfectly, and I have to say, my meal looked even better than what was on the menu. That’s exactly what everyone wants, food that looks just as good as what’s advertised, and he delivered.

Lashae, the waitress, had a great personality and paid close attention to detail, making the experience even better. This level of customer service is what builds respect for a brand and keeps customers coming back. It’s not just about the food, it’s about the people who take pride in their work and make dining out an enjoyable experience.
