I’ve been to many Waffle House locations across the country, but my visit to the Waffle House in Little Rock today stood out. The customer service and food were excellent. Bryan, the cook, followed my instructions perfectly, and I have to say, my meal looked even better than what was on the menu. That’s exactly what everyone wants, food that looks just as good as what’s advertised, and he delivered.

Lashae, the waitress, had a great personality and paid close attention to detail, making the experience even better. This level of customer service is what builds respect for a brand and keeps customers coming back. It’s not just about the food, it’s about the people who take pride in their work and make dining out an enjoyable experience.

Brian and his team aren't just waitstaff and cooks—they're passionate professionals who go above and beyond to make every guest feel valued. Their genuine interest in each patron was nothing short of awe-inspiring, creating a personalized dining experience that stands out in every way.

As for the food? Absolutely phenomenal. I swapped pork for a perfectly cooked chicken breast, paired with cheesy eggs, golden waffles, creamy grits, and buttery toast. Every bite was a delight. The coffee was brewed to perfection, smooth and satisfying, while the cold water was as crisp and refreshing as fresh spring water.

I was just at the Camp location, and wasn't greeted before or after sitting. They weren't busy. Had to get up and leave to find lunch somewhere else that will actually wait on us.

I specific asked for a sausage egg and grit bowl and I received a sausage egg and hashbrown bowl I was very unsatisfied and angry that I paid my money for something I didnt want

Loved it so much, went back again!!! But earlier. Couldn't go inside to sit& eat but still got 100% , quality, hot food& great service. Thanks waffle house employees.

Maybe they should make their hours more obvious on their Google map and stuff. Then people wouldn't bother coming so late.
Just got out of the hospital and what I bought tasted okay but it wasn't worth the price.

The waitress brought everything out in increments. Asked for eggs and grits with cheese. Sent both back because they didn't put it on there. Then didn't even get the waffle from the special, she forgot about it. She said it was the cooks fault but I didn't think so, he was moving and grooving. She was the one all over the place and probably didn't tell him. Anyhoo...I'd probably pass up on this location if I was in the area again.
