Waldo's Chicken and Beer

I placed a take out order and when I arrived home, there were items left out.

Chicken tenders??? Nope...more like chicken toes. Most were between 2 to 3 inches long. Ordered the queso and it tasted like pulverized onion with a hint of queso. Chips were the only thing that tasted and looked like one would expect. Wish I could speak on the banana pudding but I never received it.

I ate my food too fast before I had time to take pictures. The chicken is always hot and fresh and probably the best around. I usually get white beans and mac & cheese, but I tried the greens this time. They were so good. Everything is always amazing and service is always top-notch.

and if i could 0 STARS i would. 0/10 My food appeared to be ate off of and a previous customers or an employee’s. when I called to inform the manager I got the feeling that the manager tried to insinuate that I did it. So I turned around half way to SHERWOOD mind you that’s nearly a 40 minute drive. Once AGAIN MIND YOU this is only my 2nd time ever trying waldo’s. extremely disappointed because yesterday on 10/30/25 I had the OG Sandwich with potato wedges for the first time 10/10 everything was fine .. Today I wanted the EXACT same order and I received something that smelled like cigarettes with potatoe wedges ate off of, a used straw wrapper and used bbq sauce with a sandwich that looks picked over

My boyfriend & I are very frequent in Waldo’s NLR, Kieth the AGM is beyond amazing!! We loved him at Salt Grass & love him here! Wonderful atmosphere & wonderful management!

Absolutely loved the customer service from the cashier at window named Jay. He was very professional and up beat! Will be back again and the food was amazing!

I normally have good experiences and service here when I drive thru. However, this last time, I was given boiled chicken on my salad when I asked for crispy and it doesnt even have buffalo sauce on it. My fries the last few times have been old and burnt. I am very disappointed. I got all the way home to realize I had boiled chicken with no buffalo sauce instead of crispy. Im not sure if I will be a continued customer anymore. If I lived closer, I would have returned and asked for a refund.
