I used my app and ordered a Big Dave Classic and sugar-free Fanta peach soda. Their order box has had weird writing on the screen lately showing it's off network, but the other day when I ordered coffee, someone still came on the intercom and directed me to come to the window. Saturday night, November 22, around 7:30, I sat at the order box for a few minutes waiting to tell someone I had a mobile pickup order. No one answered. So, I pulled up to the window. At least 4 or 5 different employees were walking past looking at me as I sat at the window. Finally, a guy came to the window and apologized that the intercom wasn't working and they didn't know I was there. I told him I'd already paid for my mobile order and gave them my name. It took a while for any of them to get started cooking my order. Maybe one was waiting on someone else to do it. The dynamics were strange and I felt like driving off. Especially since they were looking at me like I broke their peace. I sincerely believe they'd hoped that after sitting at the order box for a while, I would have just driven off and not interrupted them. But I waited anyway and finally got my thrown-together burger. I often have to tell myself that it's my last time stopping at this Wendy's, but it's so convenient. The service and food are just hit or miss. You never know how good it will be. There is one woman who works during the day that's good. I assume she's the manager. She checks to make sure everything you asked for is in your bag. Plus she says thank you upon handing you your purchase. She's quick and about business, but doesn't seem to mind you stopping buy to purchase food. The night crew is another story.

Seem to be a new team of ladies. That's not a easy area to be at but I give them their best. They are cute and I hope for the best of them.

Oh my goodness I will never come to this Wendy's again at 10:00 at night it was a boy jumping through the wind drive-thru window boy driving up on a bike to the window the girl at the window last night was so disrespectful the manager was just back there going with the flow in her little red shirt or whatever the case may be it was crazy last night I would never come back to this Wendy's. After she passed my food I sat there for a minute cuz I wanted some ketchup and then she totally ignored the fact that I was sitting there and literally did not ask me if I needed anything else until I was screaming through the window for some ketchup it was so disrespectful.

I dare the district manager to come and try to get food at this location at 6:50 in the morning for a few days and see how often they’re actually open for business
I ordered the ranch chicken wrapped the chicken was hard, dry and seemed like they reused chicken from the day before...not very good. The French fries were hot and perfectly salted.

I think it’s mighty funny that they “ suppose” to close at midnight, but somehow every night around 10 their “ system is down” and can’t take orders. So today I pull up at 10:30 and of course the “system is down” but I had a mobile order THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY FOOD COOKED. THEY WERE CLEANING UP. I UNDERSTAND THEY CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO SERVE FOOD TILL CLOSING TIME.

Ive been by this location 3 times in the past 2 weeks and Everytime I go thru drive thru they say there system is down and they do not take orders. I do not appreciate having to drive to the McCain location bc Broadway does not want to work. The employees are always standing around or standing outside . I would appreciate if corporate would check into this location and see why there system is always down or if they are just not wanting to work . This is costing Wendy's a lot of money them not selling food

This has got to be the worst Wendy's in 100 miles then ever get your order right they're always out of chicken half the time they're not even open they're understaffed the people there are oftentimes rude and seem to be intoxicated when they are there very poor restaurant I would not recommend you go there.
