Felicia waited on me today, and was a breath of fresh air, considering that it is somewhat rare these days to find a fast food employee that shows any real customer service qualities 'l! Felicia was not only pleasant and welcoming, but she demonstrated a real desire to make customers feel like it was a privilege to serve them! Giant kudos to her!!!

Friendly but didn't get that vibe walking in. It was long enough to where my burger should have been hot. Fries were hot and you shouldn't have to ask for condiments in no restaurant.

Although the customer service was smooth, there was a middle aged (that’s me being nice) African American female worker who was rude, tonight! She was rather disrespectful, but maybe she was just tired, wanting to get off, and had an attitude. She made a remark that she knew what she had charged me! (She was trying to be funny!) Customer-service occupations are not for you if you’re gonna have an attitude! Perhaps she had a rough day; if so, I hope the remainder of her weekend...
