My experience was HORRIBLE…… they left some of my food out i told a guy who claim to be a manger name FRANK. He was so rude with me screaming and even over talking to me wouldn’t even let me talk it’s not my fault that my food was left out. Now i know sometimes fast food can be frustrating i know i work at one but to be so rude for no reason is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! And as a manger at that he supposed to lead by example. He need to be either one demoted or two fired.

This location was very clean inside. The food was made and severed within 10 minutes of arrival. Everything order was made correct. The staff was friendly and pleasant to interact with.

PINK MEAT soggy barely cooked fries this is a huge health code violation intact me asap to make this right stopped by oct 10 2025 mid day. Totally unacceptable my mother in law better not get sick from those few bites.

Waited 25 minutes for an online order. Watched a worker go outside to his truck, smoke weed, then come back to make food where he smelled terrible. There’s no good Wendy’s around here so no more for me.

Absolutely horrible, please don’t go here!!! Ordered through the drive - thru, pulled up to the window and the smell was HORRIBLE. I was gagging it was so bad. I knew then, I should’ve just left. Got our food and couldn’t even eat it. Just threw it away. The guy that handed us our food was extremely rude. Threw it at us and slammed the window. I always talk when I pull up “hey how are you? Thank you!”. He didn’t care. Another employee was outside looking like he was playing with an invisible friend.. just terrible experience. Please don’t go here. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Disgusting. I’ve been to this location multiple times and have never had an issue but this time I went through the drive through and got the wrong order so I went inside to replace it, which they replaced. While I was waiting a lady was trying to order the taki fuego burger and the cashier literally could not find it on the screen so she waited like 5 minutes.. besides the point I start eating my food and look down at my next bite and there was a whole HAIR in my food. Called to voice my complaint and all I got was a I’m sorry we will replace it, I don’t need it placed… I will never be going back. Called customer service and she took down all my info, said the management would call me and I already voiced that I had called them prior and she offered to replace which I didn’t want. I said that I just wanted to inform you of this and the fact that they need a health inspection BAD.

The coke machine spews out orange Fanta and the mgr knows about it. She just doesn’t warn people not to select orange. My grandson was coated in orange Fanta syrup, his shirt is ruined. The mgr wasn’t too concerned about it. They messed up his order, s simple kids cheeseburger with ketchup only. Our food came out in bags even though mine was an eat in order. I was told they ran out of trays, the lobby had only one other family. They got the only tray.
