I really use to like this place . Now it doesn't take cash and the female at the counter was very rude and condescending. She was more interested in flirting with on of the other customers than taking my order . I told her my order twice and it was still wrong . Not that it matters but I will never go back there to eat .

I got off of work late and wanted to grab dinner from Wingstop. When I arrived, the order was ready exactly at the time they quoted! Samantha took my order over the phone and helped me when I arrived. She was super sweet and patient. It is SO refreshing to experience such great customer service! I will absolutely be back!

Ps… Be advised however that they are fully cashless. You’ll need a card or tap to pay.

I placed a order at 8:06pm. I asked about my order in told it'll be another 9 minutes. My chicken is still coming. The manager didn't care not did Cody. I will not be back to this location

This is my go-to fast food place. The food is delicious, they always get my order right, they're fast, and the staff is friendly. Couldn't ask for any better.

Please don’t serve the fries with small, leftover, burnt pieces. Half the order was made up of these.

They will NOT answer the PHONE!!
IT rang 10x b4 anyone even tried to pickup. When I went inside the person who handed me my order. A sorry sorry unkind employee. I don't think I'm going back there to be treated 😕 disrespectful after spending MY MONEY!! IT'S NOT FREE FOOD!!!!!****$$$$$@@>>^^!

I would not recommend. I paid for something that I didn't receive and by the time I realized, the store was closed. So I called the next day for a refund and the manager stated she is not able to refund anything from the previous day. I've NEVER heard of an establishment not being able to access any financial records from the previous day. It sounded to me like she just didn't want to give me a refund. Either way, I know which franchise location to stay away from. I paid for something that I never received so they essentially stole from me.

They mess up our order EVERY time. They used to be good. They aren’t now.
