Wingstop

So I’ve let over a month pass by. Like I stated in the survey I conducted for this location. The staff were friendly, the new renovations gave the store a clean look that popped and naturally the food was amazing. However, my card was charged for 2 separate orders. Mine and however, else they had me swipe my card for. They placed me on the phone with a regional manager I gave them my details, card info, meal ordered etc. They told me in the store this charge will be removed once their systems process the request. A month plus later, nothing. $33.05 was not my order. All I hope at this point is that maybe it helped some family out.

My girlfriend and I placed a pick up order and the fries were so cold, they put way too much salt on our wings, and I got a lemonade at their drink machine and it’s so watered down it’s very obvious it hasn’t been changed for a while. I will not be coming and I would NOT recommend wasted $40 on bs.

They was huddled up cussing about the new system they have while nobody greeted me. Then eventually came and gave me my order fries were salty as heck I mean they dumped the whole salt bin on them. Returned got more no salt then get home wings colder than winter. I spent 37$ just sad and sorry.Had to come home and reheat my food in the oven

They are doing budget cuts and have changed the fries to disgusting frozen fries . Confirmed by management!!

Came to pick up my DoorDash order and the lady at the front desk turned the lights off and turned around when I was at the door. Knocked and tried to show her my order or get her to cancel it but she completely ignored me. I couldn’t even cancel on DoorDash because it said the store was open and it was time to pick it up. I’ve never been to this location but I will not be back. I lost my appetite and this ruined my night. It cost $0 to be a kind person.

Used to be a great spot but flavorless and miss-managed is all I think now. Couldn't believe the disorder we walked into and then, 40 minutes after we had placed our order we were served the most bland flavored wings I've ever had. Hate to say it but probably won't be coming back.

Order bone in on website and it got changed somewhere in order to boneless . Can't stand boneless wings so 50 wings wasted . Then my blue cheese dip never even showed up in order

I really use to like this place . Now it doesn't take cash and the female at the counter was very rude and condescending. She was more interested in flirting with on of the other customers than taking my order . I told her my order twice and it was still wrong . Not that it matters but I will never go back there to eat .

This place is great and the employees are even greater, I loved the lemon pepper wings and it had the perfect amount of seasoning to it 😁

Hey so I went in to get my food and the service was terrible, they were making faces at me and laughing because I had a stutter and to top it off they forgot my ranch…….😡
