Went by at 11:15pm, they close at midnight. They did take my order and stated we got permission to close early. I showed the on duty manager my call list where I called 4x and my daughter called 3x and they would pick up the phone and hang up. I mentioned this to the on duty manager and he said he would find out how did it. The WORST customer service EVER!

Came in later in the evening.. they tried to discourage us from ordering & never even called our name when food was ready.After going up & asking.. food had been sitting in bags with cold fries.. don’t intend to ever come back to this location

DON'T GO THERE!!!First off the place is unbelievable filthy. Every chair at our table were so sticky with sauce from never being wiped down and out table was just as bad! 2nd..every flavor our group tried at the self-serve soda machine were low on syrup and carbonation, 3rd..No napkins just a roll of paper towels that were just as sticky as the table and chairs. 4th.. the bathrooms.. I won't even go there..could catch something! 5th....food came out and they forgot the fries so they said they were making some fresh lol. So soggy with grease that they just thrown them back in the fryer..it takes more than 2 minutes to make fries..I know I own a restaurant and NO GARBAGE CAN ANYWHERE, there isn't any seriously just people's garbage sitting on the table. Must have been 7-8 people in the kitchen one of them should be cleaning cause it definitely needs it!! Lastly.. the music was blaring so loud from the kitchen that we had to pick up our volume to talk to each other plus they left the kitchen door open to make it even worse... Would never have gone there but my daughter just flew back in and we had a 3 hrs drive home and she had just visited a Wingstop in Tennesseeand and loved it so we figured we check out this one NEVER AGAIN WILL WE VISIT THE NORTH LITTLE ROCK Wingstop LOCATION!! Would have felt better if I just threw the $45 in the trash.

The wings and Louisiana Voodoo fries were great. They shorted my order 10 wings and I had to drive another 30 minute round trip to go back to get the rest of my order, but the manager, C, was very apologetic and more than made up for the mistake with more food.Making things right goes a long way!!

They never answer the phone. I would order online if it had all my options but it doesn’t so I have to call. And if they finally do answer they put you on hold for 10+ minutes. Does anybody care about customer service anymore?

I have a good experience every time I come to this Restaurant. Most places that I go to I have to wait for the order to be prepared, but every time I walk through these doors, the order always seems to be ready, and if it’s not ready then, it is ready within one minute. The workers are typically friendly when you come in the door and if you did have to wait, they always try to offer you a free drink since you are having to wait. It is just a nice atmosphere, and a different change of pace for those of us who are working to deliver these orders They understand that time is money and they try to ensure that we can get out of there as expeditiously as possible and I appreciate it!

I come to this wingstop because it is closest to my job. Tonight I ordered wings by phone and I got mild with large fry . The guy told me it will be ready in 15 minutes and I was only 11 minutes away, when I got there, I payed for my food and my food was handed to me, the young woman was very sweet too. My issue was when I got to my car and looked at the food, my fries were cold already and then I looked at my boneless wings and they were cold as well and they were bright orange and looked like they dumped the sauce on top of the chicken, there was way to much sauce and it also smelled like buffalo sauce rather than mild. Usually when I order food it's hot and fresh and my wings have a red tint rather than being bright orange. I took the food back and i thought maybe i was handed the wrong food and that the wings don't look mild, the guy I spoke to on the phone looked at the food and became very sarcastic about it not being hot sauce and it was mild. I asked for a refund because the food was cold. Tonight just wasn't there night,because I have never had issues before.

I with to Wingstop Saturday ! the young lady Beth didn't have change? the supervisor come from the back she asked if have some change . He said he hope that hundred-dollar bill ain't fake and me and my husband just look at one another. He said oh you got on the Gucci hat hundred-dollar bill real The chicken wasn't cook fresh and the the the service just not right good. I've been trying to call someone told me to call when the supervisor there ? from now on i drive to little rock. Before McCain!!!

If I could leave a negative One star I would. I ordered my food via the Wingstop app and even paid for it and it said Wingstop took my money but after a hour and a half of waiting the order was canceled with no explanation. So I called the store, and Ellie tells me the manager said call back another time and hung up very abruptly. So I go to the store and asked to speak to the manager, who, then proceeds to have a very nasty attitude about the order and who I believe was actually Ellie. As I called DoorDash, they say it is in fact a Wingstop issue so she lied. I hope this places closes.

Worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. I bought 20 wings and they were all cold and sopping wet in sauce, even though almost all my flavors were supposed to be dry rubs. I had to take them out of the sauce, which was just excessive goop sitting on top of them at this point, and then air fry them. Basically did their job for them.
