Evert time I place a delivery order I never get my whole order. Tonight I did not get my 2 liter Pepsi. Instead of pizza hut delivering it, it was sent by door dash and the woman told me I would have to call them but I have been calling the store for about 40 minutes now and no one will answer the phone. Very frustrating. I work at a hotel and recommend this pizza hut quite often but you will be taken off our referral list.

Ordered on line at 7:52 delivery was expected at 9pm after a 65 minute wait which was fine but by 9:25 I called the store only to be told that it would be AT LEAST another hour before it would be done cooking. which means one hour and a half past the already 1 hour wait time i was given. (2 1/2 hours )! By this time It was to late to order anywhere else. They should have called when they knew it was going to be such a long wait time and I would have had time to order somewhere else.

Horrible service waited 2 hours for my food to later call and be told my order was cancelled and switched to carry out without any notice

We waited over two n a half hours n never got our food. We called multiple times and the first time were told that our order was on the way, the second time some lady tried to lie and say they called three times and knocked (they never called & they didn't even knock) but we didn't answer. We told her that she never knocked and she said ok & she would be on the way and it should only take her about ten minutes. Twenty minutes later, still no pizza and no call. The third time we called the store a man picked up and immediately started saying "my driver called and knocked and you didn't answer so.... blah blah blah" with an attitude and wouldn't let us get a word in edgewise. If they couldn't deliver the pizza, they should've just called and told us that. Or told us that the first two times we called!!!!!! The driver needs to be fired. I don't know why she would lie like that, but she never called the number the order was placed under & she didn't knock because if she did then we would have heard since we didn't have any noise going on. The man who answered so rudely needs to be fired too. That was so unprofessional. Stick up for your employees/coworkers , but not when they're in the wrong. And not if you're defending lies! I'm just shocked that they had such terrible customer service. I already preferred Papa John's , but now I'm certain they're better

Every time we put in an order it takes FOREVER. We've never received our orders in a timely manner. And more than once we've received the wrong order and it takes even longer to fix it. They're always short on people and when you call they get upset at you for asking for an estimated amount of time. Then offer a DISCOUNT with an attitude. To Fix the fact that it's taking 2 hours to get one pizza out. To make it worse the pizza is delivered cold. . . Next time I'll just pick up at a different location. If you're starving go somewhere else...

The last 2 times my order has been messed up. The first time I over looked it the second time I called back and was given a store credit and was told I had to place order through them and not online. When I called to use said store credit which was $20 and was only spending $16 of said credit, They said I still would owe a balance of $3.75? When I questioned it they hung up. I called back to speak to a manager, but manager had "stepped out for a minute". I have speant a lot of money over the years through there sadly. However, if you can't truly honor your store credit...then why even issue one in the first place?? I believe I will be ordering elsewhere from now on... Customer lost.

I am very disappointed in the young man , Nathan, who claimed to be the manager. I ordered a large special ingredient pizza which cost nearly $30 last week and gave the delivery lady a $10 tip. This week he says my house is over 5 miles away so they can't deliver. My home is exactly 4.0 miles away. He was extremely unprofessional on top of it. Oh well, their loss.

If someone places an order for delivery, especially after 8pm, don't wait until 9pm to call them and tell them you refuse to deliver. You especially shouldn't do that and still run an authorization on their card that won't come off for a few days. We were really excited about this place opening back up, because we had hoped it would be better than it was before.

The manager "Darell" is the man! He made a delivery happen when his other employees couldn't! He's the real MVP!

I recently had issues with them, but the manager reached out to me and addressed it. She was awesome and very respectful. Today I decided to give them another chance. They took great care of me and I greatly appreciate what you did.

This is another "If Only I Could Leave Zero Stars" visit. Actually, I didn't visit. It was delivery. And actually, it wasn't one visit; I'm about to review TWO visits. You should know, though, that I live maybe ten blocks from this restaurant, and I've eaten here many times over years and never had a problem like this before. On 25 August, I ordered pizza online. Two pizzas, bread sticks, a dessert cookie, and chicken wings. Oh, and I had to pay $1 for some ranch for my wings. I placed the order at 5:39. At that time, they gave me a delivery time of 6:09. Since I have two kids, we eat on a schedule, and we eat kind-of early. We try to have food on the table at 6:00, so 6:09 is acceptable, but I was hoping they'd be early. At 6:25, I called customer service, who said my pizza was marked out for delivery. At 6:45, the driver pulled up (high as a kite). I cordially transacted business with him and took my order inside. Each box, including the wings box, was crushed. The pizza was lukewarm at best, grease had congealed on top of the pizza, the cheese had reformed where it had previously been cut so we had to cut it again. Also, the illustrious $1 ranch I was supposed to get was not delivered, and I was SO looking forward to what has to be the best ranch dip in the land. I was upset. A friend told me to handle complaints on Twitter in public, because people are more inclined to cater to customers properly when there's a spotlight on them. So I tweeted, tagging @PizzaHut. @PizzaHutCares tweeted back apologizing, and told me to go to their website and fill out a comment card basically. They refused to handle it on Twitter, in public or otherwise. So I filled out a complaint form on their website, to which I received an automated reply immediately, letting me know that they "will get back to [me] in a few days." So it's good to know they take customer complaints seriously with high priority, huh? The next day I got an email that HAD to be a form letter (due to the complete absence of information specific to my situation) that said they were mailing me a couple of coupons for free pizzas. Here I was thinking I should have my whole meal refunded, and they're sending me coupons for two free pizzas. Awesome. That pretty much brings us to today. 23 September. The two coupons for one free pizza specify that I must order over the phone, so I did. So I ordered my pizza on the phone, but through their call center. I also ordered bread sticks and a cookie. The woman told me when the driver arrives, he should call them and they could zero out the pizzas, because the coupons I have didn't have a code they could enter over the phone. In case you don't recognize the irony, let me take a moment to line it out: the coupons specify I call in to order, the receptionist told me she can't enter the coupons over the phone. Bear in mind that I'm the customer who's previously been wronged, and they're supposed to be making it "right." She took my credit card to pay for the order and then she promised to credit the pizzas back when the driver calls her. She told me the pizza would be delivered in thirty minutes. Because of the failures of the previous order, I started a stopwatch. Forty minutes later, the driver pulled up. He took his sweet time getting out of his car and to the door, which I opened before he knocked. I gave him the coupons and explained the situation. He took my pizzas BACK to his car (presumably to call corporate). Five minutes later (45 minutes after I was promised a 30 minute delivery), he walked back up and asked me for $14.68. I told him I gave my credit card over the phone and I was told it would all be taken care of. He argued that it was not paid for. I refused the order. I told him to take the pizza back; I would just get a refund for the order. I called customer service to complain again, especially since the gu

This place is Awful, I ordered offline and want to the drive through to pick up my order. After 20 minutes of sitting in the drive through with no one acknowledging me I drove around to try and go inside to get my pizza and the doors were locked. Extremely unprofessional. There is no excuse for this, multiple people saw me and no one acknowledged me.

I worked at a independent Pizza Hut for 6 years and expect the same amount of professionalism from all Pizza Huts. Yes there are a few locations still owned by one of the original owners of Pizza Hut. The pizza was good, but not great. However the low review is due to the following. 1. The setup was fast food. You had to get your own drink, you had to put away your own dishes. guess this makes it so you dont have to tip anyone. 2. Pizzas on the buffet were cut in 16 slices for medium pizza. 3. Salad bar was broken, had to ask for a salad to be made for me. 4. Tables were wobly
