They ignore costumers and take forever to get food out and when it does come out it I is not made correctly or it is not fresh.

3 stars for the buffet and 5 for the service equals my 4 stars. The Buffett was ok- I'll come again, maybe a little earlier for hotter, fresher variety. Buffets are usually not as good when they're almost done. The service was exemplary. Our server was so helpful and friendly.

The app was not working so I called the store to place my order. Katie answered. I was trying to use my rewards but it wasn’t pulling up. Katie was able to apply a discount anyway for me. I am a restaurant manager and know how hard it is to come by good employees. She was so polite and has awesome customer service skills! Thank you Katie!

Second time ordering from this place. First time order was 30min late and wrong. Gave me a free pizza. That's cool. I appreciated that. Just ordered again and it was STILL wrong AFTER I called on the phone after placing the order online to make sure they knew what I wanted. I've worked in several pizza places and this is just crappy service.

This pizza hut is the worse place I even been, the lady in the cashier she needs a lot customer service, food bad and price very expensive. I don't recommend this place at all.

Went to this Pizza Hut because it was the first place I seen off the freeway. Went it with somewhat high hopes. I got attended by a lady that seemed like she was in charge. Awful attitude and customer service.

I have placed my last few orders over the phone with their 501-228-7000 number. They have NEVER gotten any of my orders right. My last order was wrong again but this time I had no time to wait for them to correct it. I was on the phone for over 7 minutes trying to place my order becaothe lady was over charging me. Once we squared that away I went to pick up my pizza. Order was wrong. Today, we ordered our pizza online and that order was wrong as well. We ordered meat lovers with regular crust. That is not what we received. The pizza was cold and thin crust. It wasn't meat lovers either. The pizza has not been good in a while. This was my last Pizza Hut pizza. It is always a gamble. You never know if it is going to be good or not. Digiorno pizza is actually better and I always get what I ordered. I normally order pizza meat lovers with pineapple and jalapeí±os and they ALWAYS get that wrong. The actual store says it is the call center. I don't know what the problem is but I can't keep giving them my money with bad results.

i have been ordering pizza from this location for about 6 months now, i didn't have high expectations after reading the horrible reviews but i was pleasantly surprised that each time i've came,my pizza was ready,and my order has always been accurate,so i have no complaints thus far

Ugh! We ordered delivery (pizza and drinks) and the order was delivered 15 minutes later than predicted and WITHOUT drinks. The delivery man seemed annoyed to have to go back and get them but they were already paid for! It took 20 minutes for the drinks to get to us and by then our food, of course, was cold. Keep in mind, the restaurant was only 0.8 miles from our location. Just plain disappointing...
After reading reviews I was not expecting much from this Pizza Hut. To my surprise they were friendly and fast. Very helpful on the phone, quick delivery and the driver was very nice. They got everything we ordered correct and it was all HOT and tasted delicious. Just like pizza hut should. We were not disappoint but very much impressed.

I saw a guy at the corner of McCain holding a signed for buffet so I came here. I walk in the staff is friendly but when j went to get pizza there were 5 pizzas to choose from but they were all sausage. I asked them to get something besides sausage but that takes a while. They did get a pepperoni out. The quality was not bad just not much variety.

If there was 0 stars that would be what I would rate the 4325 Camp Robinson Road store. Placed an order for my 82 year old mom who never asks for anything by calling 228 - 7000. The woman told me she could override the coupon code so I could get mom the large meat lovers with cheese stuffed garlic knot crust and use the coupon making the total $13.90 and expect it in 30 minutes. 45minutes later I called back and was told the guy had already left and they did not know why he was not there but to call back when he gets there and they would take off the total by how long over due he was. 1 hour 15 minutes later the guy shows up with burned pizza and the total is $21.??. I call and got put on hold so the guy call back and was told to bring the pizza back, there would be no discount, they would not accept coupon. They had nothing to say when I finally got through to them and acted as though It was my fault.
