Pretty solid service. Friendly staff. They deserve a better store to work out of but also 100% need to learn how to clean the ice cream machine. If you are able to get ice cream here once a month, it’s nothing short of a miracle.

This particular McDonald's is a joke. I can not remember the last time we have received our order in a timely manner, exactly what we ordered, and how we ordered it. The coffee is hit and miss, one day it's good the next it isn't. On the good days it's so hot you can barely hold the cup, and now they will not even give you a second cup so you can actually hold your coffee to be able to drink it. I truly think they seek out and find the most disgusting people to work here. One time we caught one of the managers eating the fries, right from the fry holder, called and spoke to another manager they didn't believe us, I said we can show you video, and to that they said no one is to be videoing in this restaurant. They seem to hire people who only want to stand around and talk to each other, and be rude to their customers. I know several people who are always getting their meal replaced due to their order being wrong.

Chicken nuggets weren't cooked all the way and some had hard white bits I assume bone or plastic fries are good most of the time perfectly salted but this last time they didn't put as much salt as they normally do I would normally drive to this McDonald's because they salt their fries more then ohers.
Food was fresh; we waited for nuggets that were made to order! Service in the drive thru was very friendly. Sadly, I had to go back into the restaurant because a small fry was left out of the bag.

Totally not clean anything . Trash boxes full and people have no space where to throw trash. Please less time on your phones snd do something. Sorry I don’t usually write bad tweets but this needs to be fixed.

It look like everybody was in slow motion and organization was the thing of the past. Generally, when you go to a McDonald's you will get your food either immediately or in a few minutes. I took about almost 15 minutes to get my meal and they weren't even busy. A gentleman evidently that lives in that area so sometimes he just walks out of there cuz he doesn't get waited on or taken care of. They need a new manager in there to get this McDonald's into shape is the worst one I've ever been to

Today 1/4/2025 local time 6:18pm the tall guys with blue T-shirt speak loudly,then cough , yeah the guys are polite, funny and unbelievable is that the guys put his hand with gloves to mouth to avoid saliva to spread other places, then when meat is ready ,he directly take meat on bread,so funny and dirty.I have taken a video of this bad behaviors, I will pass this video and pictures to Sanitary Bureau, so bad Experience!I throw my two hamburgers to trash box
