There aren't too many restaurant options on the Pig Trail so Paradise Pizza is like an oasis. Beer and soda are from cans. Pizza is not quite what I would expect to find in paradise but compliments a beer nicely. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Extremely kind people! I went in to get a pizza and beer. My car was in transit from California. Realizing I had no way to buy groceries without a vehicle, they gave me eggs and bread at retail price though they don't normally sell grocery items. The pizza was huge and lasted for several meals. Very hospitable folks indeed.

We came in and asked if we could sit outside—our waitress said yes, so we got settled at a picnic table. We waited about 15–20 minutes with no service. Once two- three more tables joined us outside, the waitress finally came out—but went straight to them first. We even waved and joked, “We’re out here too,” but were completely ignored. After waiting a bit longer, we decided to leave. We weren’t acknowledged at all on our way out.
We’d heard good things about this place, but after this experience, we’ll be sticking with Byrds Riverfront Restaurant for our post-kayaking meals this summer.
