I ordered 2 pizzas from the PIZZA Hut app. Double checked that my order was correct because I know how they do. I pick the pizza up get home and their plain cheese with no toppings. After I called and spoke with the manger they said it wasn’t their fault and that it was my problem. She said she wasn’t going to fix it even tho I had a receipt. This was at 3:30 July 28 on a Sunday. She’s usually the one at the Register. Dark headed kinda chunky. So keep that in mind

The salad bar was nasty the lettuce was carrots for petrified in turning white the bathroom was disgusting and this was in Ozark

Went in, young man took our order. Brought our drinks, almost 30 minutes later a female came by and said "sorry for the wait, may I take your order". Well they had mixed up our order and sent it out as a delivery. Had to wait for another 20 minutes for our order. Not a happy customer.

I like the place, it's delicious and it's fast, the first time they didn't have the availability to understand me since I speak Spanish and it was stressful since the person didn't have the best attitude and I ended up eating something I didn't want, but the second time a young guy very attentive blond, he was 100% in providing me with the service and I was satisfied, I would definitely return only if there are people with the boy's attitude. That's why I will only give 4 stars.

We went to the one in Ozark Arkansas on 4/8. Very friendly employees and good buffet lunch. Two employees really impressed me with their friendliness and willing to assist. Their names were Rebecca and Eric.
Parking: 20-30 parking spots. Easy access.
Kid-friendliness: Place has high chairs and is a family restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: Inside is easily accessible for wheelchair. They don't have power operated doors and the sidewalk is a little narrow.
