Traveling through the area and decided to stop here for lunch. As an outside who hardly ever eats Subway(but I’m trying to eat healthier) I wanted to say this is one of the cleanest Subways I have seen in a long time. There was a young lady who really stood out named Kandi. Who was very friendly and greeted everyone with a smile. If I am ever passing through the area again I will be stopping!

They burnt the footlong cookie BAD!!! It was black and harder than a rock. Didn't realize until I got home and now they are closed!!!
Will not answer phone. Door dash person said person with tattoos was very, very rude, and my order was missing 2 chips and 2 sodas.

I went into the subway in ozark tonight and it was a wonderful experience I was helped by Kimberly and dewey and they had great customer service and my sandwiches were awesome! Definitely good employees

Ordered a 12" Titan Turkey on the app. Got home and only was given a 6". Tried calling store for 20 minutes to report it. Drove back to the store. No apologies or even an offer for my time. Only attitude from store manager Melani.

As I was ordering my sandwich they stood there letting flies land on the food and when we told them, they covered the veggies but left my sandwich sitting there with the flies on it .. I walked out after repeatedly telling them the flys were on the sandwich.. They actually expected me to eat that?? Nasty .. I understand that flies are here and there isn't much we can do to stop that but don't just let them land on the food
