Ordered a black bean crisp wrap that had barely any cheese. Usually the black beans have a great flavor, but these must have been missing some seasoning or sauce. It was dry and did not taste very good. I told them and woman there said she knew for a fact they used 2 squirts of cheese (whatever that means). So basically, you are wrong and they are right. Don't eat here unless you are starving and there's no place else to go.

Ordered a taco and five layer burrito box, two bean burritos, and three cheese roll ups. Thinking the box had the appropriate stuff in it, and bean burritos were separated, they wouldn't be mixed together. They were. No one in my party got the correct food.

Worst place to eat in Ozark. If you customize an order its made wrong most of the time. I'm allergic to certain things myself so it's very unsafe to gamble with when there are better places in town with friendlier staff.

This is worst place I ever seen. I went to this Taco Bell to get food. But they didn’t gave me food. Because I m trucker and I can’t get truck on taco bell drive thru when I asked them for food they said they can’t give me food and they didn’t gave me food. They close after midnight but I got there on 10 there are 3 girls working at night shift they are so rude they don’t know how talk with a person please don’t go there. They didn’t gave me food because of my colour

Do not go to toco bell in Ozark AR by far the worst experience I have had ordered 3beefy fives with extra nacho cheese and was given 1 with barley anything in it mostly just tortilla and then given bean burritos done the same way beyond upset with this toco bell will never get my business

This place is OK if you like your orders messed up and have to call and get them fixed even when you do they act like they shouldn't have to replace it.

The cashier acts like she hates her job, doesn't understand simple words (I said light ranch) and that just messed her up. She wasn't understanding what light ranch meant. Never had an issue at any other taco bell with the same request. I will never be back to this sorry excuse of a restaurant again. Also our food wasn't fresh whatsoever. Very dry and bland.
