A pleasant surprise. We were driving by and saw this bistro with very nice exterior and decided to give it a try on the way back through. They had spacious seating which was nice to have with the kids. They also have outdoor seating. All our food was good and reasonably priced. Was was most impressive is the burgers were thick and cooked as ordered. Too often when I ask for a burger well done it comes with pink in it. Yummy! Offered Thanksgiving plate with roast or smoked turkey and made from scratch potatoes, gravy, cornbread stuffing and squash casserole. Highly reccomend! Husband's bistro burger was thick, juicy and had terrific flavors! Homemade chips. The pecan pie bar was the star of the meal! Service is friendly and welcoming.
My friends and I ate here while on a bike trip in October. The food was great as well as the service! We usually go to Oark Cafe but there were packed. Do yourself a favor and drive down the road 1/2 a mile and eat here! Besides the large menu the serve adult beverages too. We will back every time we come that way from now on.
