Stopped in to get rootbeer floats from here for the past 2 weeks and one person said “we can’t do those anymore” then when I got to the window she says she can’t make it but “didn’t know how to put it in the system” and sold me one. I went back today and the lady was rude and said her boss said they can’t do them anymore even though on their website it says they do sell them still. I asked her questions like when did y’all stop and she couldn’t answer because she obviously didn’t just wanna make it.

Ordered online. Shake machine broken. Store manager was rude and completely unhelpful about how to get a refund for the shake. The Arby’s app sent me to online feedback. They’re too cheap to even have chat support. I’m done with this company. Updates: Arby’s called me after I complained online and gave me a refund. Said the manager was new having only been there a month. I would think that ’how to give a refund’ should be covered the first day of training. At least they made it right in the refund.

I had what can only be called an altercation, in the drive thru on Saturday May 31st. Two things happened... I misheard the amount, and the clerk at the window didn't understand the concept of counting change.
The entire altercation could have been avoided with proper training.
I was asked by the police not to return... which is a forgone conclusion. Little does this establishment know but never again will I pull through and get shakes for my 4 grandchildren... it won't close them down but everyone I can tell the story to will know as well
