Every time I order with you, somehow you mess my order up. I asked for 2 whoppers with cheese mayo and pickles only. So explain to me why my order has cheese only nothing else. Period. My kids are hungry and now I have to wait for door dash to fix my order because you guys continue to mess up every time

Me and my kids went thru the drive thru tonight , and we ordered quite a bit of food. I noticed and got told they were short handed and the employees and manger on duty was nice and attentive to me and other customers even when they were short handed. It didn’t take super long for the food, the only they that was forgotten was another side the havies and I went inside to get it and the manger gave me a pie for my troubles which i appreciate and I appreciate how hard everyone was working ! :)

We are weekly customers of BK. We were told that they had no catsup. As we began to eat, the Manager delivered a nice supply to a lady and a child's table right in front of us. That is not satisfactory. Also, anytime we have change left, we donate that amount to BK. I now know that our patronage means nothing to BK.

What are you doing managemen?! Yhe food is fine, but Christ Almighty. Someone orders a chicken product or specialty item and the entire drive through stops completely. Just like a traffic jam in Houston. Its almost like there's only one person working the kitchen 🤨. I just want a damn chicken sandwich and the line has moved once in 10 minutes. Inderstandably its Friday but I JUST WANT A CHICKEN SANDWICH!!!!!!

There was 10 people in the kitchen talking playing on their phones 2 left and 1 came on shift we ordered food and it didnt even come to us correct I told them 3 times what I wanted and didn't even take time to do it right one worker came out of the bathroom as soon as we got there one was in the booth behind us just drinking a drink and playing on his phone not much foot traffic so wondering why it was hard to make the order correctly

I want to shout out to the cook Davion for understanding and making my child's kid meal right even going above and beyond and trying to tell the manger what was going on and making it right even though the manger didn't get it Davion did and made it right he is going to be a hell of a manager you should for sure look into he being one

They never get my orders right. I ordered a whopper with no cheese, pickles, and onions with chicken fries and a drink. They gave me the impossible Whopper with pickles and regular fries. I don't think I'm going back to Burger King for a while
