We did not get greeted when we came in we go to the register the cashier said what ya want! Mmm then we go to the drink station it’s a complete mess! No ice no sweet tea the time is currently 6:25 I’m sitting in the lobby, it’s a mess a lot of dirty tables! My husband stood at the counter for almost 5 mins waiting on ice! He finally gets ice to find there is no tea! The fries are cold been sitting a bit! Not sure what the problem is today but step it up Burger King! Bet disappointed

I miss when fast food places tracked their time at window metric. These days you pulled to the second window for 3 minutes then get told to join the line past the windows.

Absolutely the worst Burger King location ever. Never ever have I received a correct order. Then the attitude at the drive thru is just totally uncalled for, this location needs to be shut down and a new management is needed in the worst kind of way. I will never spend another penny at this establishment.

Once again, wrong food at drive through. I just had my oil changed and was right there or I'd have gone somewhere else. I usually call back but it's every time I go to this one! I give up! The one by the hospital in Jonesboro is much better. Cleaner and more organized. They actually give you what you ordered and how! Wild concept.
Every time I order with you, somehow you mess my order up. I asked for 2 whoppers with cheese mayo and pickles only. So explain to me why my order has cheese only nothing else. Period. My kids are hungry and now I have to wait for door dash to fix my order because you guys continue to mess up every time

Me and my kids went thru the drive thru tonight , and we ordered quite a bit of food. I noticed and got told they were short handed and the employees and manger on duty was nice and attentive to me and other customers even when they were short handed. It didn’t take super long for the food, the only they that was forgotten was another side the havies and I went inside to get it and the manger gave me a pie for my troubles which i appreciate and I appreciate how hard everyone was working ! :)

We are weekly customers of BK. We were told that they had no catsup. As we began to eat, the Manager delivered a nice supply to a lady and a child's table right in front of us. That is not satisfactory. Also, anytime we have change left, we donate that amount to BK. I now know that our patronage means nothing to BK.
