The absolute truth despite the taste, they probably have some of the cheapest fast food in town (cost wise not talking quality). So if you're looking for budget friendly, especially with kids, give them a try.

food was hot and fresh, but service leaves much to be desired. the lady at the window was very unfriendly. She glared at us through the window, before opening to door to tell us that when we place a mobile order, to not get there so fast and check in because they need time to make it. We weren’t expecting it to be done right away, but it was a bit ridiculous that she scolded us for just checking in. we were the only car there for over 20 minutes, didn’t think it was a big deal. even the mcdonald’s staff across the street gives better service than this.

I ordered a baconzilla double cheeseburger or whatever they're called off of doordash and they told the doordash lady that they was out of hamburger meat that they would have to cook me something different and then just gave me a three piece chicken strip which was a whole like $6 less then what I originally paid for this is horrible horrible service

Considering I can’t get in contact with the owner I fell like I should write a review. Went to checkers tonight at 10:30, order a fry lovers double ended up leaving with a large fry that I DIDNT ORDER. The bigger lady I’m assuming she’s the manager was beyond rude. Didn’t give anyone time to order. Threw a fit at the fact her staff can’t listen to a simple order. We’ve always had problems with this manager signing just bc someone takes 5 minutes to decide what they want. She always has attitude. Looks like she needs a reign check or better yet a different job. I work in food service myself and I have never seen someone so rude and impatient. She also didn’t give me a receipt paid $7 for an ice cream cone and a large fry. Just to leave with what I DIDNT ORDER. Told me I could come back up there and pay for the bigger on top of already paying for the fry’s and cone. Um I’m sorry why can’t I just give the fries I didn’t want back and you refund me my money. Most restaurants do so. Also not to mention it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get food when no one else is in the drive thru. I’ve seen multiple of the workers on there phone, laughing and cutting up in the back while people are waiting for there food.Do better checkers.

I tried to go to checker at 11:45 pm last night and they didn’t even swipe my card (I showed them my app for proof) last night and she just kept saying card was locked so she didn’t have to make our food checker workers are some sorry people.. went to McDonald alway satisfied As type one diabetic and having a low during all this, I do not recommend checkers 🫣 Thursday night shift 👎🫰

Today I dont know what was wrong, the drive thru got completely backed up to the street. After 20 plus minutes of getting through the line, I get to the window, she asks me for the payment on the lady behind me. After I explain I ordered online like we talked about at the speaker, she gets my name and finds the bag. Then proceeds to tell me they are out of one of the items I ordered. I SHOULD get refunded in the app. The food I got was correct but all in all, I won't be back for a long time, if ever. I have been to this location a few times over the past couple of years. Today was really really bad. I've had issues with their app before. So, yeah, won't be back. To be fair, the lady at the window was pleasant but stressed. I understand that, but this should have been handled a whole lot better. And thats just MY order. What about all the others.....

I used to eat at rally/Checkers when I was younger and I never had any issues but I went back today when I was out and about bur after a few hours I noticed that something was wrong. I had difficulty breathing, bad heart burn and when I finally got home I started feeling worse to the point where I was physically getting sick.

They are so good and so fast and good service they get your order they put it in and make it and it felt within 10 minutes and I mean they are very good. The drive-through person that I’ve seen each time she is so so sweet and so kind. So their food is amazing and if you haven’t had checkers go give them a try. They’re amazing. 💯🙂😊
