This place is so disorganized! Waited an hour on my pizza ordered 1 pizza that’s ridiculous, pizza was cold, the employees did not even care! I will buy frozen pizza and cook it myself from now on! This place don’t even deserve 1 star.

Showed up 10 minutes before close, wasn’t answered for my order until 1 minute after close. Then was told my order wouldn’t be accepted. I understand it was within closing time but terrible customer service especially after I waited 10+ minutes to talk with anyone. Terrible waste of my time!

Every single time I go to this dominos location I place an order 45 minutes before pick up and it’s NEVER ready on time. Last time we came I ordered a gluten free crust and when we got home we determined it was NOT a gluten free crust. I have to wait 20+ minutes for my pizza to come out when I placed way ahead of time.

I ordered pizza and lava cakes at 5:30. At 6:51 I watched the driver who was 2 blocks from my place go back to the store. When I called I was told he forgot something for another order. I said so my food will be cold when it gets here and she said do you want to cancel ma’am. No apologies no effort at giving a crap. So now I have no dinner and will have to wait for a refund. I will never order from here again

The manager is horrible. She was extremely rude to us. We paid and she insisted that we didn’t and kicked us out of her store. Then brought us our pizza.

Last night I ordered a specialty pizza, chicken bacon ranch and added mushroom and onion. It was a $20 pizza. I get home and notice the only toppings on the pizza are mushroom and onion. I immediately tried to call and was placed on hold. After 8 minutes, I hung up and called back. Before I could get a word out, I was put on hold again. After another 7 minutes, I gave up. It is now the next day and I am trying to call yet again. The first time I called today, I was placed on hold tight away. I hung up after 11 minutes and called back. Same thing, the worker answered and without giving me a chance to speak, rudely told me to hold. I’m still on hold… we’re over 15 minutes in this time. What a joke!

We order dominos nearly every week. Sometimes multiple times a week. For the most part we have been extremely pleased with their service. Their pizzas are almost as cheap as getting them at a grocery store. We think dominos pizza is superior to most other pizza chains. Occasionally they have missed something, such as putting garlic on the crust, and the Mac n cheese was sub-par the one time we ordered it. But other than that we love dominos. We are grateful to have a way to eat ready made food without breaking the bank. The servers have always been kind and courteous. The hand tossed pizzas are made egg free.
Dietary restrictions: Pizzas are made without eggs which is good for our child with allergies.

I've worked here for a while and have seen these reviews online. As someone who has been in the store and around the people, it was a bad experience. The store is filthy inside and poorly maintained. Managers have been smoking in the walk-in freezer where ingredients and dough are stored. Adult managers are giving vapes to minors, which is unacceptable. The bathroom is disgusting, and overall, the management is terrible.As result. I quit.

I got the Cheddar Bacon Tots. The bacon cheese was burnt. Tots were awful stuck on the cheese. Only had a few Tots in it. Wasn't first time burnt. I tried calling them back 2 times each time I was put on hold for over 15 minutes each time. I won't order from them again.
