This place has some of the best food I've ever had. It was my first visit to Fazoli's and if I knew all along what I was missing it would definitely had been sooner rather then later. If you want a place to sit in a calm relaxing environment and eat amazing Italian food this is your stop.

The food is always great but the service is absolutely horrible. Placed an online order and it said it would be ready by 7:10. We know they’re always behind so we showed up at 7:15 and it still wasn’t done 15 minutes later. No one inside, no one else in line, nothing that would make them this slow. They really need to work on their times or make sure the app has the correct information. It’s always the same issue.

Great experience today at Fazoli’s! My server was Charlie! He was knowledgeable of the specials and made some really good suggestions on what to eat! He had really good customer service and I wish more restaurants had good employees like this. I’ll be back for sure!
