Food is consistently good and good folks.
The only thing better than the food is the owners. Literally everything I have tried has been amazing. They truly know what they are doing and take BBQ to the next level. The meat is always so tender and juicy. The flavor is exceptional. And, the owners… they are the type of people that make you proud to be from Paragould. If you haven’t tried Gladish’s, what are you even doing with your life? Lol.
Love this BBQ and the people who make it. Known her since we were 10 and worked with him since 2000. Good people and Great food. They care about their food and their customers. if you have never tried it, make it happen this week. You will be glad you did.
