First the negatives. Our table and several others around us were not wiped down prior to our sitting there. The place wasn't packed so there was no excuse for this. They still refuse to bring back what made them iconic, the salad bar. If the owner doesn't wish to keep up with it anymore then hire someone and train them to just do that job. It is what drew in varying age groups. Now all I see are older veteran customers who use it as a meeting place for their friends....
Sadly one of the worst experiences I’ve had in ages. Porterhouse was grainy and undercooked. Food did come out fast, however didn’t get asked once how our food tasted. Until we were checking out. Only ate 4 oz of the porterhouse and trashed the rest. Very disappointed. This place was a grand establishment once.
Everything was hot and fresh, service was fair, but, I think our waitress was in training, so I will say she did a decent job. The steak, was way underseasoned and I had to do something I hate to do......ask for steak sauce.
