I had not been to Hardee's in quite a long time. I'm not sure about anywhere else but in Paragould my experience was very good. The service was good, the servers were friendly, bringing our food out to us, and the coffee was delicious. It was more like coffee house coffee, which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be returning there in the future, maybe even as a coffee date with my wife. I'm serious.

Wait in drive thru and check your order before you even leave the window even if it makes there times high because they don't care about the customer! If this store messes up your order it takes an act of Congress to get them to fix it. Online They have the wrong phone number for the Paragould store and it takes about 25 rings before anyone answers once you do find the right number. Hold on to your receipt because even then it's difficult to get them to correct their mistakes. Guess they don't trust their customers and think that they are perfect.
Ordered the new Frisco BLT chicken sandwich. It came it a hamburger patty on it and not chicken. Decided to just eat it as we didn't have time to turn around and go back. We had already waited a long time in the drive-thru. The sandwich was very bland with no flavor. The bacon was also not very good on it.
The curly fries were very good, and the staff was friendly.
Overall, it was not worth the twenty-six dollars we spent for two meals.

Hidden gem, magical diamond in the rough. Super friendly staff, wonderful service, delicious food. Fresh biscuits are always amazing. In my opinion, it is overlooked and underappreciated. I will definitely be back.
