Worst KFC I've ever been to. The food is absolute trash. Everything taste like old grease. Not 1 speck of seasoning on anything. Chicken is rubbery and over cooked. Biscuits taste like straight flour. The ONLY edible thing was the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy (after i seasoned them). I should have realized when I walked into the dead restaurant at 5pm how bad it would be.

We got a two piece chicken with slaw and mashed potatoes. We opened the box and saw what was supposed to be a leg and wing. I mean really KFC. You charge enough. Give us an adult chicken not one thst was just hatched. This was rediculous. Your commercials make your chicken so big and juicy. You are the biggest liars and cons. We will not be back to KFC.

As a customer that comes once a week to dine in, I decided to go through the drive thru tonight. Big mistake. The lady taking orders continued to interrupt me while asking a question about the Tuesday special. After the third time of asking she warned that she could refuse my order. Unprofessional and rude. Will not be back

Got there in drive thru a little early, about 10:25 am. Waited til 10:31 and drove around to the window because I thought maybe the speaker didn't work. Lady employee on cell phone came to window and asked "what can I get you". Still on her phone . I asked if she was busy. She preceded to tell me that I got there at 10:25 and that they didn't open til 10.30. I told her yes I know. She asked me again rather coldly "what can I get you" still on her cell phone. I just told her that I was sorry that I didn't mean to bother her. I drove off. I didn't get no chicken or nothing Jesus! I ran for my life!!! Lol

Ordered food to-go here using the KFC app. The food was ordered about 30 minutes prior to my arrival but my chicken was still not done once I arrived. The staff member who assisted me was very nice however and apologized profusely. The positive of this was that the chicken was fresh. Overall, not bad I just didn't expect the wait.

I went throught the Paragould drive through about 11:30 a.m. on March 31. The girl handed me my drink. It had soda running down the outside of the cup. I asked her to wipe it off. She refused. I asked her for a napkin so I could wipe the cup off and not get soda inside my car. Her reply was " You have a napkin in your bag. Use that one." The tone was very demeaning and disrespectful. I do not like KFC and usually do not go there, but the hamburger place next door was closed and I had promised my 2 yr old great nephew I would buy him some chicken nuggets. I learned my lesson: NEVER GO TO KFC drive through again. Told my niece and her family about the incident when I got to my niece's house. They won't be going any more either.
