I went throught the Paragould drive through about 11:30 a.m. on March 31. The girl handed me my drink. It had soda running down the outside of the cup. I asked her to wipe it off. She refused. I asked her for a napkin so I could wipe the cup off and not get soda inside my car. Her reply was " You have a napkin in your bag. Use that one." The tone was very demeaning and disrespectful. I do not like KFC and usually do not go there, but the hamburger place next door was closed and I had promised my 2 yr old great nephew I would buy him some chicken nuggets. I learned my lesson: NEVER GO TO KFC drive through again. Told my niece and her family about the incident when I got to my niece's house. They won't be going any more either.

Food was good! Some of the chicken didn't not have much meat on them, we got a $20 fill up, the nuggets was good and biscuits was fresh. Just wish they gave you an option for your bone in chicken, we got a wing, breast, thigh, and leg. Fries was good as well.

Payed 12.26 for 12 little rubbery cold chicken nuggets and cold fries that looked like they were in pan awhile Dr Pepper was good!
The manager and the way staff are rude. Continuously berating customers very combative and argumentative. The weight was 15 minutes before we gave up customers in front of us arguing with the manager in the wait staff over the wait the absolute worst KFC I've ever been to for like three times in a row now won't be going

Went thru drive thru they said it be 3 minute wait on fries so they pulled me up waited 20 mins for my stuff and then they forgot to bring all my stuff out had to wait longer food was old the fries I was waiting on were trash total was of time and money prob won't be going back nuggets we're cold chicken was old as heck just really bad experience isn't my first bad ethers tho so wasn't surprising don't recommed to anyone to go there and waste your time or your hard earned money

Over the past year I have tried this location 3 times.1st time the drink from the lobby kept me in the bathroom for 2 days.2nd time the bucket was missing a large piece of chicken.3rd time which was last month the chicken was over cooked and all the pieces were unusually small.SO at this point and with the other recent reviews I'm saying pass on the paragould location.Maybe other locations are better and clean.
