Super long wait time. Slow as Christmas, & just a whole bunch of employees yapping and taking forever to push out orders. Minimal effort. Careless.

They sold my order that I placed in advanced. There is no point in paying ahead/ordering ahead through the app if you have to wait 15 minutes when you get there. This is also after getting the email saying that the order is ready..

Terrible food, even worse attitudes from employees. Did mobile order, said would be ready in 20min. Sat in the drive thru for 25min, only to get raw crazy bread and old pizza. Too many options around here to ever waste your time or money

Saturday Jun 21 evening about 550 pm after a long day at my yard sale in extreme heat ..we order 4 pizzas and breads... Was sitting there for like 45 mins then the last min they tell us that they didn't know that they had cheese do you want to wait 8 more minutes or pick a different kind I said just pepperoni I guess anyways we get home and my daughter is eating her thin crust pepperoni then she pulls out this long black hair. So I waited 45 minutes and get a hair in the pizza ain't that just great. And also the other pizza we ordered were cold.. the evening was not a great experience with them. I would want my almost 50 bucks back but whatever I know that ain't going to happen
Decent pizza. For the price even tho it's 8$ for a hot n ready but whatever. Anyways I called in over the phone to get our pizza i ordered 3 stuffed crust and 1 hot ready cheese and 1 thin cheese. When I called the manager answerd. He was rude . Made me want to hang up and go somewhere else. He sighed a lot on the call. And didn't even say your welcome. Just rude period. I was going to give a 30$ tip but not after that. You blew it dude. Maybe next time you should change your attitude. K thanks bye
Oh and I spent well over 50$ just saying

Whenever I order here, staff is friendly, polite, and speedy with food. The food is always delicious and fresh as well, not much atmosphere at a little Ceasars, but the bathroom and lobby were clean!!!
I ordered the pretzel pizza and it came with no pepperoni ðŸ˜

Had to wait a long time, wasn't many people a head of me. Food was warm but it looked like it was under the heat lamp for 12hrs. I've ordered 3 pizza and all 3 of them was old looking.
I ordered online and was giving a ready time I drove to the store and they gave my order to someone else, so I had to wait another 20 minutes for my food, poor customer service as well.

Lost my service today I called at 5pm and ordered a three meat pizza with extra cheese the guy told me my total and said be ready in 13 minutes I get there at 530pm and I get told my pizza was never made so there for I would of had to wait another 20 minutes to get it this place is going down hill not only are the pizzas getting to be bad but the service is to these guys really need to get it together DO BETTER
