Paragould store didn't give me all my food, totally mixed up my order, then had the AUDACITY to tell me that I had to get my refund thru DOOR DASH, despite ordering from PIZZA HUT! What kind of crackheads do they hire these days?
We ordered a large pizza and we were expecting a large fresh pizza but what we got was not freshly made and it wasn’t even warm much less hot. The meat, mushrooms and bell peppers were hard and dried out even the sauce was crusty. Wasn’t fit to eat and was thrown in trash! A waste of money for a pizza that’s was probably made all day and sat in a warmer. My rating on this is a -10!
