Paragould store didn't give me all my food, totally mixed up my order, then had the AUDACITY to tell me that I had to get my refund thru DOOR DASH, despite ordering from PIZZA HUT! What kind of crackheads do they hire these days?

Sunday 1st time visit wated 10 minutes walked in back employee said she was there alone wanted 3 pizzas said it would be at least 40 minutes wait before taking order to the manager who has 1person on Sunday at noon left with 2 other customers

Just tried getting 2 large single topping pizzas and an order of cheese sticks. Apparently prices went up two weeks ago the girl said with a ton of complaints. Nearly $50 for what was $12 pizzas. PH will be bankrupt soon. Horrible business choice after the horrendous decision to stop dine in

The food was good, but the pizza I had delivered and paid almost $22 for had all of the toppings slid to the side. I was hoping for a simple request to come trade the pizza for a fresh one, I would even pick it up myself. When I called at 6:19pm on 15 April, a man picked up the phone. I explained the situation and he simply said "oh okay" before putting me on hold until I disconnected.I'm not too concerned with the pizza, but I was not happy about the quality of service - I paid for a quality pizza and received a mess. The cheese was all melted together and could not be spread back out, so I simply tried to add some more and heat in my own oven. Just annoying more than anything else.To their credit, the rest of the order was fantastic and delicious.
