First time I ever got to try this place was last night. My son and I with the wife as support travel the country riding bulls stopped in a local motel went across for some coffee decent priced and great service both last night and this morning. Highly recommend trying this place if you're passing down Linwood Ave in Paragould Arkansas stop in for hot coffee or cold frappe or iced coffee these folks will take care of you.

Was excited to see a scooter coffee after great experiences with them in Albuquerque, NM. Was disappointed with the staff for their lack of knowledge about the menu or the consistency in recipe execution.

My husband and I went to Scooter's in Paragould, Arkansas at 10:15 for a Sunday coffee. We had a buy one get one free card we thought we would use that they had given us the previous Sunday. The order was placed, and when we spoke to the employee, the total was $23. I questioned the total since it was only two drinks and one was supposed to be free. The teenager manager came to the window and tried to explain the cost. I told her it was basic math: 7+7=14, one free would be 14-7=7. She then said it would be $17 and proceeded to put it on my husband's card. I again told her that is not correct - it is basic math. She went back to the register and realized the actual cost and then gave us $11 and some change back. All would have been fine; however, she then told me that "it wasn't her fault she was just stepping in to explain it to us," like I needed this to be explained to me when I was the one who told her how much it should cost. I then explained to her that I was a teacher, and this was just basic math that anyone should be able to do. The manager was extremely sarcastic and said, "that's good for you" and even clapped her hands. I want to point out that I was not rude during any of this exchange, but this young lady has no business in a manager position. She was rude, would not take responsibility for anything, and tried to make it like I did not understand the situation. After we returned home, we realized they had charged us twice, so now we must deal with that as well. So I warn you all, beware the teenager who doesn't know basic math, and beware the teenager manager who has no people skills. They will rob you blind.

Just moved to Paragould a week ago, and discovered Scooters. The coffee is the best I have had and the service is excellent!! Has definitely became my new favorite coffee place ❤️ Thank you Scooters!!
This place is pawsome.. love there coffee ☕️ & smoothies. The food I am sure is good if you like the menu. The best thing is the maple waffle sandwich.. they took off the egg & cheese biscuit ??. But the muffins are AMAZING..& big. Basically, all the deserts are so good. And the best part THEY LOVE DOGGYS...I got the cutest sticker the other day..I highly recommend.
