I love Shadrach's but this one is subpar at best The one downtown is awesome but this one the frozen coffee is halfway melted It doesn't taste right It takes way longer to get service I wish it was good like the one downtown shadracks is my favorite

Great coffee and wonderful service. I've never had a negative experience until recently when I was spoken to with extreme rudeness by an employee who took my order in line. Once at the window I asked and was told the name of the employee was Brittney. I urge the staff to please be kind. Your interactions impact the feelings of others and their day.
Every other experience with Shadrachs has been great. The coffee is superb.
I still highly recommend this business.
