Great coffee and wonderful service. I've never had a negative experience until recently when I was spoken to with extreme rudeness by an employee who took my order in line. Once at the window I asked and was told the name of the employee was Brittney. I urge the staff to please be kind. Your interactions impact the feelings of others and their day.
Every other experience with Shadrachs has been great. The coffee is superb.
I still highly recommend this business.
I'm a big fan of Shadrach's in general (best dirty chai I've ever had) but I made my first visit to this location today. The service was on par with the service I usually receive at the location in the center of Paragould. The entrance being through the doctors park is a bit weird, but I expect this location will make wait times lower when I get my morning coffee.I usually get a Dirty Chai, or a Snickers Mocha (vanilla/chocolate/hazelnut late with white chocolate....
Nice coffee shop on Highway 49 just on the outskirts of Paragould. I got an iced caramel latte and my son a white hot chocolate. They were both good although I thought the white hot chocolate was a bit too sweet. It was busy but the staff was quick on getting drinks to customers. The staff was also really friendly and helpful. This location is drive-thru only, like most of the other Shadrach's locations.
