Ive never had to correct an order from this location! They get the food right on the first try and it is always delicious! I highly recommend stopping for a morning drink! There is also a playground at this location for kids and special events. My only complaint, and I'm not sure if there is anything to be done about either of these, but there are often flies outside in the stalls where you park and service is relatively slow, even through the drive thru. Otherwise, definitely recommended!

I always stop here to get a drink. I got one drink that was overly carbonated I contacted the carhop and the issue was taken care of very politely and fast. I cannot speak for the food I have never had any food from here just drinks.

Every order has something screwed up. Ordered their new bacon deluxe smasher with no pickles. Apparently no pickles meant no pickles, no tomato, no lettuce and only onions. I also only got a single, half piece of bacon on this burger. So, I ordered a bacon deluxe and got an onion burger with bacon bits.
$.60 for a partial cup of ice!! I mean, it’s good ice. It’s real good ice, but it’s not 60 cents for a partial cup of ice good. I can’t think of any ice that good, well…except for Jordan’s who charges $.80 or a little more of equally as good ice if not better, but they give FREE refills if you keep their cup. Plus you fill it yourself, so it’s ALWAYS a FULL cup of ice.

Some of the employees show their age. They laughed at their own equipment malfunctioning. The wait was about 15 minutes for a single Sonic blast for the wife. The east Paragould location needs to get with the times. West and South Paragould locations are usually top-notch, though.

The Sonic in Manila Arkansas is HORRIBLE. The owner in this very small town knows there is NO other drive thru food service, NO competition, and just does NOT care if the food is good. Kids are running this SONIC and it shows.
