If I did not live 20 minutes from this sonic I would have brought our food back. I ordered chicken strips and tots. The chicken was so hard and burnt we could not eat it. You need to teach your cook to change the grease and cook them slow. Awful.

Not really sure what happened to this place but the service and food has went down hill bad. Ordered 2 medium blasts and they both was only half full. The time before when I ordered 2 medium blasts they came in 2 different size cups 1 medium and 1 small but paid for 2 mediums.

I decided to eat breakfast in the morning instead of cooking. We placed order on app and was there before I needed to be. Food came out and it was an absolute disgrace for Sonics around the nation. I ordered the ultimate meat and cheese burrito and it was like they made a bunch of bacon burritos the night before with burnt bacon and that’s what they used instead of giving me the correct food. As long as the wait was and I being the only car in parking lot you would’ve thought they cooked it fresh. The shell to the burrito was hard as a rock. I will not be going back anytime soon.
