Food was out before we finished paying for it . It was just not fresh or crispy . Car hop was not very pleasant . Manager was very nice and respectful

I usually complain about Sonic's food and especially about their rude customer service. BUT, I now only go to the Sonic on Highway 49 in Paragould. The food and the service are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! So, if you're looking for great food with great servers gobto the Sonic of highway 49

My church’s Youth Group was having a fund raiser about 1 block south of this location. We ordered a large order (enough to feed 20 people) and they did an amazing job serving us and never hesitated when asked if they could do a large order!!! Thank you for your wonderful job. Good service and delivered in a timely manner. Had a treat the brownie blast. It was good. My only issue is that it was more like thin layers of shaved chocolate instead of chunks of brownies.

Was refused service for trying to pay with cash and card or 2 different cards. Called corporate and they said Sonic can absolutely do multiple types of payments and wanted the name of the employee. Come to find out it was the GM themself who denied our service.

Completely ignored me and wouldn't d take my order. They were taking others, but I sat there for 15 minutes after pressing the button over and over again. I'm normally satisfied with thus sonic. Tonight I was extremely hungry and they didn't even bother trying to serve me.
I am not one to complain especially when an establishment can be short handed but after trying 3 times I prefer to use the Center Hill Sonic or East Kings Highway location. Each time I have used this location due to the great in and out, back on the highway location it has just been very disappointing at each visit. Few months ago we pulled up and was the only car that was ordering around 8 pm . I was told hold please . At that point tons of cars started to show up due to GCT letting out for a band performance we had just had . I sat and heard them taking every one else's order before us . Extremely frustrating . We end up going to E side Sonic and was in and out with fresh and hot food ! Last night we pulled up not too busy at all , we ordered spent way too much on what we got considering the chicken sandwich was cold, more bun then meat . Fries had been sitting there apparently we got our food super fast but it was left over not fresh and once again I was left sadden because we love our Sonic's in town but I will not be using this location . I will drive the extra way to Center Hill or East . Maybe nothing will be done about my review but in hopes that this location can fix the issues.
