Swirlz Frozen Treats

Very unique experience!

Still says swirlz on building but it's out of business says bubble tea on window now no ice cream or frozen here

There were only 3 flavors. It was dirty and dark. The bathroom door didn't close all the way or lock properly. There were chemicals sitting on the bathroom floor, children have access to them. Toppings were old and stale.

So, we picked a weird time around 3:30 to stop in. The treats were amazing but 2 of the 3 young ladies at the counter seemed more interested in their phones and visiting with boys in the lot than what was happening in the store. Maybe it was break time or something. The girl who rang us up was very polite and attentive though. We will be back.

It's so good, just add your toppings to make it your own. I love the strawberry Swirl with fresh strawberries and just a tad of chocolate chips. A great way to cool down on the hot Southern days.

Love the service, the atmosphere and the custards. I love adding my own toppings, it's fun to be creative. My kids love this place and always wants to come here. The owner is so thoughtful giving special coupons for students for various reasons. He has such a kind and generous heart.Thank you

Go there if you love getting diarrhea afterwards. The place was nasty from floor to ceiling and there was no selection. I literally got sick after dropping my $13. This place is a health code violation.

i have been to swirlz many times before and have loved it, but i am highly disappointed with their quality now. first, i walked into a mess of toppings on the floor and the topping area. i understand if they were busy at the time and couldn’t clean it up, but the workers were on their phones the entire we were there. they were even on their phones when i asked for help. secondly, there were limited toppings. i enjoyed swirlz before because of the topping options before, but they literally only have cereals, pretzels, and chocolate chips as toppings. where’s the fruit, brownie bites, popping boba, etc that you’ve had before?? the froyo options were also limited. there were 5 froyo options. the cup sizes have decreased significantly as well. i understand that a business can have changes, but they have changed for the worst. overall, bad experience and i’ll probably never be back as long as they continue this quality of service.

If you like hair in your rolled ice cream this is the place for you. Also they do not clean the machine in between orders for rolled ice cream so your ice cream comes out tasting like all the orders before yours. Their cookies n cream soft serve is actually chocolate ice cream. Three ice creams was over $20.00 and not even worth it.

Took my little sister and niece here. We had fun and found a flavor we would like. Unfortunately several of the flavors were empty and 1 machine was "out of order". Will be back again next time I'm in town.

Stopped at swirlz today and had some amazing frozen experience. The kids loved picking and mixing their own ice cream and topping to personalize their experience.

The redhead girl was rude!!! They dont have minigolf anymore either and my rolled ice cream was so frozen i could hardly eat it, however the brown headed girl was very polite and answered the questions i had since i had never been there. My husband said his soft serve was good. So if youre going there for mini golf, polite service, or rolled ice cream save your trip and money.

I got the rolled strawberry ice cream with strawberries & chocolate chips and it was wonderful!!

Really good service and ice cream. ? Almost all of their toppings were out though.
