Should not be allowed to serve food there, I spent 26$ 7-29-25 to only enjoy my bottle water I ordered. So disgusted by what I received, tortillas not even cooked 5 layer burrito had one layer of just old dried up “meat” all the potatoes we ordered solid as a rock, I could name ten more reasons not to eat there but I have to cook dinner for my family now that our order was not edible

I ordered a number 11, cantina chicken taco meal, on the tacos there is supposed to be melted cheese on the side, but I open my taco and the cheese isn’t melted at all. Very disappointed, it takes 15 seconds too melt this cheese on a grill, and they chose to slack. I was the only person there too, they were not busy at all.

We would not recommend this restaurant in Paragould Arkansas. The food that was prepared and given to us was wrong and when I mentioned that, they told me that that is how this is prepared. The cantina chicken tacos were made with hard taco shells and no cheese on the outside, the Mexican pizza was made incorrectly and not cut, they did not have any of the avocado sauce for the cantina chicken meals. When I asked about the sauce they stated that the cantina meals do not come with the avocado sauce packets.

Service is very very slow. It doesn’t help that they have a curb that prevents you from leaving the line. I’ve been stuck in like for nearly an hour before. Missing something on an order that isn’t a box is pretty common as well.
They suck slow as hell and bad service and once again management don’t do there job either

this place needs to be shut down, waiting over 45 minutes in a drive thru line(you literally can’t get out of line without a monster truck) and your order was still wrong!!!! i used the app and pay for it already, there where 4 cars infront of me, and three behind. i ask what the reasoning for the wait and the older guy with gray hair just laughed at me and said he wish there was something he could do then closed the window on me!!!! these K-Mac enterprises taco bell’s need to be shut down!!
