We went to drive through to for my mom. Got their $7 box. It had quite a bit of food including drink. My mom liked it. And the cashier and service were friendly.

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 very specific menu items and when I got to the window I asked specifically if those items were in there and the girl (Crystal) told me if I ordered it it is in there. I pulled forward and looked only to find that it wasn’t in there and I had to pull back around and go inside to get it. I’ve never been treated so hatefully in a drive through before.

I'm changing my 5 star to 1 star, and i wouldn't give that if google didn't make me. Did mobile order, refused to correct it, and sit the drink on the windrow thanking them for making me dispute my order. I got ya though :p

It was a total failure burrito ordered no beans there was beans chalupas and tacos added nacho cheese sauce there was none ordered burrito dippers they forgot the dipping sauce ordered hot sauce on the side none and there was only 3 people in front of me yet my order took 46 minutes my wife actually called asking if I was ok think this is the last time I order anything from taco bell

Do you not have but one employee? I've been in trapped in this drive through for 40 minutes. I wish I had brought my truck so I could drive over the curb and leave. Why do you need two drive through when you can even manage one?
Why people choose to eat here is beyond me place is straight up horrible

I am not one to ever complain about wait times or food being wrong because I understand mistakes happen and fast food is stressful. However, there is NEVER any excuse for a nasty attitude towards a customer. My best friend and i went in (after waiting nearly 45 minutes in the drive thru) to have her stacker remade because it had almost NO beef at all and hardly any cheese. that’s when who I assume was the manager slammed her food down on the counter in front of us and told her that’s how its supposed to look. (mind you i order these regularly and that is NOT how they are supposed to look). She got it remade, but instead of more beef on the stacker we just got a fat scoop of awful customer service. He practiaclly swung it at us when handing it to her. These weren’t even teenagers they were middle aged adults with this 10 year old behavior. I cannot believe the attitude of this grown man.

Do away with all the technical stuff and go back to taking orders, helping the customer at the counter. It doesn't take 5 workers to figure out they screwed up on an online order.

I wanna know why a manager is allowed to take half a dozen smoke breaks but none, literally none of the employees working a 9 hour shift is allowed to have any breaks at all? And because they aren't given one, they work together and cover each other and take turns and then get cussed out by the manager who sits on his ass? By law 9 hours shifts are supposed to have atleast two 15 minute breaks. Only one employee got a break last night and she sat there for an hour eating enough for three people! Don't be surprised when this store is reported to both the corporation, and the labor board.
