Wait time is terrible really loud we waited 45 mins for a table got tired of waiting because people was done eating and just setting there talking when there was 7 other people waiting for a booth needs more seating for sure

We love this waffle house. However tonights experience was not good our waitress Lindsey looked at us sitting there and just ignored us. After about 20 minutes or more she finally made her way to us. Took our drink and food order. I got my drinks but the other 2 people at my table didn't get theirs for another 10-15 minutes. Finally after an hour of being there we finally got our food. My eggs were way over done, gravy was old, bacon was burnt, steak was under cooked. We got checked on 1 time. Had to go to register to get our check and a to go container. On top of it all we were over charged for our meals. We refuse to go back if she is working. Food can be fixed but a waitress's bad attitude and not paying attention to your customers can't.

Isaac was in command at the grill and fabulously put my order together it looks like a picture from a magazine. A highly recommend visiting there while he's in command.
Love waffle house. It is always my go-to. It's even better when you have a great waitress like Madz. I always sit in her section. She's friendly, quick, and is great at knowing the appropriate times to approach the table.
Food was great. However, waitresses mistreating other waitresses is enough for me to never darken their door step again Gossiping about your coworkers especially in front of customers is crazy.
