I have troubles getting a frosty after 8. You place a mobile order and then they stare at you like it is your fault they are out. Tonight I ordered at the drive through then had to go to the window before I'm told they were out of potatoes and ice.
Just beware you won't know what you can get until you are collecting your food at the window.

The workers are snotty and uneducated. Every time I come through there is a change in how an order is delivered. Sometimes the taco salad comes with chili, other times you have to pay separately, other times there’s no chili with it at all. Workers are extremely uneducated on how to do their job and constantly mess up orders. We need a new wendy’s in Paragould.

Cheeseburger shaped together. Mayo all over the burger and wrapper. Sloppy burger. Salad was ok, girl did not know what went with it. Had to ask for senior discount and clerk did not like having to change ticket.

dont eat here Im not one to write review but its obvious they dont do a very good job of cleaning or handling and being sanitary with there food I never get sick from food but I when there last night and got sick from it not a safe place to eat at all just letting yall know cause im not one to write reivews and its not fair to people get sick from other people not caring I got a jr burger with that too that my niece was gonna eat tomorrow thank god she didnt to add to that it could been the lemonade that I only took a sip out they probably dont even clean it good enough like some places do where it gets to the point mold growing in the tip of the dispenser basically poisoning people not cool at all

Came through at 7:30 on 10/14/24 and ordered a sandwich and a kids meal. Was told to park while they made our food and we waited fifteen minutes while we watched numerous cars go through, get parked, and get their food brought out. Wasn’t too busy. When we decided to drive back through the drive through to see what was going on since it was just a single sandwhich and four chicken nuggets that we ordered, the workers answered the speaker laughing. Maybe because they were uncomfortable because they saw us coming back through after waiting? Who knows. When we got to the window, we had to repeat what we ordered several times because the young girl with red hair was acting like they’d never saw us before and that she didn’t even know what items they sell but then gave us our food immediately. Maybe playing dumb because she was embarrassed. Regardless, it was a really strange and off putting interaction and I really wish I had just went somewhere else because waiting 15 minutes for four chicken nuggets and a sandwhich is ridiculous.

What the heck happened to this place? I ordered online and go to get the food. Litterly no else is in the line. They made me sit at the speaker for 10-15 mins. I kept saying hello and they kept not saying anything.
Then today they sucked at breakfast as well! This is not how it used to be. What happened.

I love the food here, but literally every time I go, the order is wrong. If I order a chili with onions, chili sauce and sour cream, it'll either be missing the onions or the sour cream, every time. If I order a couple of JCD to go with it, either they'll forget one of my sandwiches or I'll get a regular instead of the deluxe.
One time I even ordered two large chilis and both of them were missing almost 1/3 of the cup of chili.

The MOST unprofessional place I have ever been to. Minors vaping right behind the grill and in the bathrooms. Night manager sagging his pants and showing his butt while cooking on the grill. Manager so high he can’t bag orders right. Employees cussing in front of customers. Employees on their phones talking to girlfriends and boyfriends on speaker phone. Heard the n word several times. Just so unprofessional.

Used to be an employee several years ago. Saw that my old boss was working so I figured the quality of the service was the same, but disappointment is an understatement. The lady in the drive thru acted like I was holding her hostage for taking our order. Fine, whatever sometimes work sucks.
No quality control on the food.. my fries were cold, barely salted and stuck together, chicken nuggets looked beat up. Baconator fries had raw bacon on them, it was gross and a waste of my money.

5:44PM 7/6/24 Went to drive thru with husband and ordered a chicken BLT, got a chicken sandwich with just mayo. Drove back around and they didn’t say a word to us, not even an apology..just closed the window. She then came back a minute later and said “what was supposed to be on it”..did not seem to care about her job at all. Literally payed the price for someone hating their job today. Not cool.
