Very irritating experience.
We ordered something on the menu and were told they didn't have that. We told her it was on their menu and what it included. She said she would talk to her manager about how to ring it in.
When we got to the window, she said they don't have it anymore. The manager said there was no button for it. We said, that wasn't our fault, it is on their menu. She would not adjust it. I've worked fast food, I know it can be done. This is a horrible...read full review
This will be the last time I go to the McDonald's in Paris they always forget something and don't double check your order... I'm done
Terrible general manager, was totally out of line. Not only is service usually slow and bad, but the general manager had the audacity to disrespect a recently deceased, beloved officer and community member openly in front of customers. No respect, and totally disgusting.
