I wish the owner would come through the drive through window and see how terrible it is. Have never been there with more than 2 cars in line that didn’t have to “pull forward” and wait 10 to as long as 20 minutes for food. McDonald’s used to never be that way, now it is the normal. I bet from just my family they mis out of a lot of money as I refuse to go there unless my wife makes me. PLEASE fix your broken system as it does not work.

Service was not good. There wasn’t anyone at the register which made me and another customer wait for over 3 minutes for service. Employees in the back were scrolling on their phone while making food. To top it off, I did not receive everything I ordered.
The men’s bathroom sink facet was not secure and I had to move it to its correct spot in order to use it.

They got the order right this time? We quit eating at the Paris, Arkansa McDonalds a few years ago because the were always screwing up our orders. Empliyees didn't seem to care.

I ordered on the app at 7 am. Went to pick up my order and was rudely informed that they "can't do" my caramel Frap. When I asked for a refund, they got an attitude and said I would have to wait for a manager. I said that was fine and waited. When the manager finally gave me my money back it was thrown at me. Then when i pulled forward to get my food, the same person threw the bag out the windows without saying anything. I understand having a bad morning, but don't blame me bc you can't figure out how to be respectful to customers who just want what they ordered. I understand that the machine has to be cleaned, but why are we cleaning it at peak times for coffee to be ordered?

The service was okay, the woman who helped us was very sweet, but today I found a hair in my burger. It was blond so it wasn’t mine. It pretty much ruined this place for me. That’s so gross.

I found a jagged toe nail in my Big Mac when I bit into it, and the burger a unusual stench to it… The frappe machines are always "broken" and I felt sick after eating the mysterious fries. I had an extremely watery stool mate! The bloat was miserably so extreme, I popped the button on my jeans. This was the most unpleasant experience fam, and I will never go to this establishment again…
Parking: This is not exactly about parking mate. The way to get in to park somewhere is hideous and awfully difficult! I about flipped my car turning in.
