Found beard hairs in 3/4 shakes, came back to get more after complaining and dude still wasn't wearing a beard net. Don't go here unless you want scabies or something.

I stopped there April 12, I got a hot fudge Sunday, it had melted so badly, it was dripping all over the car, I was eating and it was dripping, I asked for a wet paper towel, no, only dry. Could I please have a small cup of water, yes for $00.54. I said, then how about a refund for the Sunday, no couldn't do that. I didn't expect a refund, because I had been eating it, I just expected some common courtesy.

Love paying stupid extra for things to be included in our drinks just to not get what I PAYED for.
I drove through your drive-thru yesterday and in turning right ran over your ridiculously high curb and damaged my car. Please do something about it because I know I’m not the only one!

The last three times the food has been cool and taste old. My tater tots were not warm at all. My food was old but warm but dried out bc it had been made a while ago. My drinks from here are never consistent some times it takes an extremely long time to receive food bc they are always seem to be short staffed.

The slushie machine was broken. Again. The app didn't work. The food arrived pretty quickly but my bonus daughter's order was wrong and since she is picky she didn't eat much of it. We honestly don't use this sonic much because of the ongoing problems it seems to have.
