Can not get meatball sandwich right. I order in app, so it’s quite clear the expectations. Ask for it toasted, took several attempts to get it actually toasted - but when they did, they separated the top and bottom bread pieces. This means you can’t eat a meatball sandwich with marinara, as a sandwich - now it requires a fork, knife, and ruins the experience. That negates the whole point of a sub. I don’t have this problem at other Subways. Only this one.

Took 25 minutes to get 1, 12inch , sub with bacon tomatoes and ranch. Cost $14. 1 employee working by herself. Only 1 online order ahead of us. Owners should be ashamed of themselves. Nobody should have to work by themselves especially in the evening. What if someone went there with bad intentions. Poor worker would be helpless. Owners / GM deserve to be shutdown.

Lady kept on about getting extras and premium meals so she could win some competition, I wet extra meat to try and help it, get charged an arm and a leg for a 6 inch sandwich and it had hardly any meat on it, mostly made of cheese and so dry
