I had specifically ordered a nacho sauce on the side and they tried telling me it was added to my quesadilla which it was not and never gave me one they said if I got one I’d have to pay for another. My bf got two burritos with extra chicken and jalapeños and got no jalapeños. ALL the drinks in the fountain were out. Worst experience I’ve had there by far

Seriously pathetic Taco Bell by far worst one in Arkansas if I can find out how to post this double-decker taco I would apparently their staff believes a double-decker taco means it’s a tortilla shell on top of a taco shell with nothing in between their chili cheese burritos have no chili and they’re seven layer burritos. Don’t even have seven layers. If you include the tortilla. The Paris, Arkansas Taco Bell makes McDonald’s look like the best choice in town and that’s saying a lot .

Food: The Mexican Pizza arrived looking like it had been through a budget cut—barely any tomatoes, cheese, or the usual toppings that make it worth ordering. It tasted fine, in that fast-food baseline kind of way, but it felt like someone forgot to finish making it.
Service: Slow enough to make you wonder if they were harvesting the tomatoes themselves. One employee’s response to a customer asking for a drink holder was to reach out and drop it on the counter without a word. Not rude, exactly—just oddly dismissive and lacking any sense of professionalism.
Cleanliness & Atmosphere: The decor is genuinely lovely, with vibrant colors and a modern vibe. But the charm fades fast when you notice trash on the seats, wrappers on the floor, and toilet paper scattered around the bathroom like confetti after a party no one enjoyed.
Overall: It’s Taco Bell, so expectations weren’t sky-high—but even by fast-food standards, this visit missed the mark. A little more care in the kitchen, a little more respect at the counter, and a lot more attention to cleanliness would go a long way.
The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Messed up 3 entire orders and didn’t try to make it right. And then manager argued with me that he gave me the right stuff. Just go to El Parian or La Mesa. Absolutely ridiculous.

They have good food but the prices can get ridiculous. And they are very greedy with meat and sour cream. Ask for extra and you get charged extra for the normal amount. Some of the people are really friendly and others seem to hate their lives.
Our order is always wrong. We ordered nachos fries and they came to us brown and the worst thing I’ve ever tasted. I’m not sure what went wrong there. We also got a quesadilla and it was drenched in some hot red sauce with no cheese or chicken.

Everytime I go through the drive thru with an online order, even though I put on the app no lettuce, THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME LETTUCE!!! And not even a fair amount of lettuce, like they could cure world hunger with how much lettuce they put on my Gordita, not like the starving kids of Africa would wanna eat this plastic tasting, soggy excuse for lettuce. I will never order another item from this Taco Bell.

The staff here is always so friendly. The food is usually hot and great. But what really makes this place is the fact that people that work there are usually very, very, very friendly! It’s nice change from regular fast food service.
