I have no complaints about the food—it was delicious and exactly what I expected. Unfortunately, the customer service experience could definitely be improved.
I went through the drive-thru right as the restaurant opened, so it’s possible the employee at the window was still getting settled in for the day, which may have contributed to the interaction. They weren’t busy … or friendly. The food was luke warm. It’s funny to me that she appeared to monitor whether or not I tipped. 🤔 I ordered at the counter, fixed my own drink. Tip? I won’t go back here due to Luke warm food and lack of friendliness.
Taco Tuesday is unbeatable! The fajita special is also fantastic and they have good specials every day of the week. The yellow queso is our favorite and of course the hot salsa! We love that it is locally owned. They also have a drive-thru!
