Waited 30 minutes, went to the door and waited for an employee to come out and asked if they could check on my order and was told we are really backed up I'm just running out what they tell me to it's only my 4th day, waited another 15 minutes mean while drive thru was constantly getting thier food, I left and went to another restaurant.

My personal opinion is that Sonic should lower their price per food ratio as a whole for Arkansas. No bathroom is an issue before and after eating.

Paid extra for cherries in my drink, on top of that all of the food I ordered was wrong. As well waiting 30+ minutes for my food to come. I tried calling to just let the manager know that I am disappointed how my ENTIRE order was wrong.

My favorite is the footlong chilli cheese coney with mustard and onions. Makes 2 meals for me. They have the Best Onion Rings Anywhere made at that Sonic!!

Just stopped by today with grandkids and our food was not good. The tater tots were hard as could be, and the cups were half full of dried up French fries instead of the tots. Even the grilled cheese sandwiches were not the usual. Something was definitely wrong here.

Didn’t sell ice cream cones, made me mad and it’s sonic who the heck doesn’t sell ice cream cones.
I like all the Sonics around Hot Springs. Friendly people, good service, love the food ? the bags of ice are good also.

Visited here 3 or 4 times in the last few months. I am usually in a hurry so I hardly ever look at everything before leaving. This is the last Blast I got. They have been this way for several months. I f I pay 7 or 8 dollars for a cup of ice cream it should be full!

The kids that are running the place don't know how to make a breakfast burrito. They are extra dry. Even when I paid for extra cheese and didn't get it they were disgusting. I pulled in Sunday after church to get a drink and 3 of the drive in spits screens dont work. Every one j pulled in was messed up.. if you can't do maintenance on your equipment then just close the doors.
