This sonic has been subpar. They can’t keep employees. Every-time I go they always mess someone’s food up in our order. They over fill the drinks with ice even when asked for light ice. Food is always cold and never up to standards.

Ordered ahead on the app at 2:22pm. Checked in at 2:28pm and by 2:44pm I was still waiting. So I pulled around through the drive thru and told them, they gave me someone else's food. After that I got my food and it was cold. So I asked for a refund. Now still sitting in the drive thru at 2:50pm after being told they would remake it and make it a large. Insane.

Every. Single. Time. Every single time I've had missing items, reheated old items, never an even ok experience. Go a few miles towards town. The one near walmart is at least consistently ok.

This sonic has really gone downhill. The last two times I have come through here, the tater tots have been so old, and there are always old fries mixed in with them. Today, I went through and ordered a large chili cheese tot, which is my favorite, and I asked that the tots be made fresh, which I never do, but I wanted to try. The tots I got had no chili even though it showed chili cheese tots on the screen before I pulled forward. Also, there was as much tater tots as a medium. We checked. Why pay for a large? I would have taken them back, but I didn't get a receipt, so lesson learned. My daughter's burger was supposed to be no onion. Instead, it was just a bun and patty. My first job was at Sonic, and my family managed a sonic for many years. I hate to say it, but I think we just won't anymore. We will just make the food at home and bypass the inconvenience of trying to be convenient. The second picture is a medium tot poured into the container after the large was gone.

The lady on the speaker hung up on me while I was talking.
I order 3 grilled cheese 2 with bacon and received 2 grilled cheese no bacon.
Didn’t receive my chicken strips and my tator tots were cold.

We just wanted a decent dinner 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️
