This sonic has really gone downhill. The last two times I have come through here, the tater tots have been so old, and there are always old fries mixed in with them. Today, I went through and ordered a large chili cheese tot, which is my favorite, and I asked that the tots be made fresh, which I never do, but I wanted to try. The tots I got had no chili even though it showed chili cheese tots on the screen before I pulled forward. Also, there was as much tater tots as a medium. We checked. Why pay for a large? I would have taken them back, but I didn't get a receipt, so lesson learned. My daughter's burger was supposed to be no onion. Instead, it was just a bun and patty. My first job was at Sonic, and my family managed a sonic for many years. I hate to say it, but I think we just won't anymore. We will just make the food at home and bypass the inconvenience of trying to be convenient. The second picture is a medium tot poured into the container after the large was gone.

The lady on the speaker hung up on me while I was talking. I order 3 grilled cheese 2 with bacon and received 2 grilled cheese no bacon. Didn’t receive my chicken strips and my tator tots were cold.
We just wanted a decent dinner 🤷♀️🤦♀️

Waited 30 minutes, went to the door and waited for an employee to come out and asked if they could check on my order and was told we are really backed up I'm just running out what they tell me to it's only my 4th day, waited another 15 minutes mean while drive thru was constantly getting thier food, I left and went to another restaurant.

My personal opinion is that Sonic should lower their price per food ratio as a whole for Arkansas. No bathroom is an issue before and after eating.

Paid extra for cherries in my drink, on top of that all of the food I ordered was wrong. As well waiting 30+ minutes for my food to come. I tried calling to just let the manager know that I am disappointed how my ENTIRE order was wrong.
