I order 2 sandwiches with double meat and more peppers and onions on one. If it is double, I would hate to see a single meat.

Ordered ahead on the app and still ended up waiting 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches. 1 other customer and had us both pull forward just to wait longer

Terrible service. Employees talk way too much instead of doing their jobs. Food is overpriced, sandwiches are skimpy, and they forget half your order more than half the time. Make sure you check your bags lest you be ripped off as well.

I did an online order and boy I messed up there. I guess the workers can’t handle more that 7 to 8 people at a time. First the order wasn’t ready when they said it would be. Second the workers don’t know their menu. Won’t go into details but she didn’t know how to make my sandwich. Then I guess that stressed her and and made her cry. Really?? Learn the menu!! The manager said she had only been there a month. Really you should know it by now. Ended up getting a free cookie because of it. Won’t be going back, I’ve given them too many chances.

We are headed home from vacation and stopped by this subway. The 2 young men working were excellent and did an outstanding job! They were so kind, had great personalities, and were very patient as we ordered for our large family!

The two guy employees that where there, were amazing. They were so busy and keep a good attitude the whole time. One had told us he had a ear infection and the other had whiplash and a cut finger and still did amazing! They deserve a raise!

The bread never tastes fresh, the order is usually wrong if you order online. If you show up in person and you pay attention while they are making the sandwich you can correct them. Some employees seem like they would rather be working some where else.

I placed my order on the app for a footlong steak and cheese which comes with American cheese. In the comments I had written Pepperjack instead but, we live about 20 mins away and when I got home realized there was NO CHEESE which ruins the entire thing. I called that night and they said I could come back at a later date and get it. 2 days later I called to tell them I was coming and they told me there's nothing they could do but a manager would call me. Jake called me back and was extremely unprofessional. I explained the situation and he basically called me a liar stating the employee assured him cheese was on it. It felt extremely hostile. I went to pick it up and was met by an employee staying they wouldn't add extra cheese or something. As an owner of a company, I would never treat customers as if they were wrong or lying for a $12.00 sandwich. Needless to say I won't be running back to this location anytime soon.
