Me and my family ordered the pulled pork and shrimp loaded potatoe. And I was very disappointed with my meal. The pulled pork was Burnt Up!!!!. I couldn't believe anybody would be serving the public with Burnt Up food. If he had been in Texas, the State would have shut him down. And then had a nasty disposition.

I've never experienced the food that I had yesterday (3/13/2021)it was nasty as hell Briggs was the cook and he didn't do a good job at all I spent 30 dollars and it went to waste I come from Little Rock just to eat there and get my feelings hurt I'm just going to ask y'all to do better!!! So y'all gets a one in rating form me until y'all do better!!!!

Tried this place today for their BBQ Nachos. Nothing about this was worth the money, too many nachos, to much cheese sauce and very little meat. Truly disappointed in my chose for lunch.

Driving thru Pine Bluff headed back to Ft Worth decided to take the old route. Stop at Briggs for lunch. The Shrimp Loaded Fries were FANTASTIC!!! The fries were cooked well that stood up to the HUGe amount of melted cheese. The grilled shrimp perfectly seasoned with slight hint of hotness. If you are looking for out of the ordinary go for this dish because you won't find it anywhere else. BTW the size of the order feeds 2 comfortably if willingly to share. The rib plate was so so. Previous reviews might have over played to ribs or today's were a little over cooked and missing the BBQ flavor. The okra was very good and cole slaw was good. The owner and workers were very welcoming and friendly. I'd try Briggs again given the opportunity.
First time I tried their food was great. The Ribs are the best!!! They remind me of my hometown Dallas Texas. Where the Ribs are just a great. The rest of there food was good too.Just wish they passed out a coupons or may have a special but I only have been once so far. So maybe they do.

Stopped in passing through Pine Bluff...saw Briggs BBQ and stopped. We were not disappointed. We had a pulled pork and chopped brisket. Sides: okra, Cole slaw, fries, and beans. All good. Homemade. Oh and Mr. Briggs brought out a rib while our plates were being assembled. We will be back!

I had a rib dinner and the only thing that was good was the fried okra. The baked beans tasted like a hamburger. The ribs were charred and didn't have a good BBQ flavor. It was not seasoned well at all. I also had their red velvet brownie and it wasn't as good as it usually is. I was very disappointed with my meal.
